Just got it so far I am impressed.

 The light is very bright and work good. I recommend to use (if it is tree) just above 6'. Because if you place below, somebody can takes off at night.If you want to place on the tree ,pleas do use a longer nails. First , because the tree is not strait, second because somebody can take out your light. The angle is 130 degree, so calculate approximately where will be the best place. You have to cross horizontally the line of this lights not a strait direct to the face of light. The light will cover a lot. Motion sensor works perfect. When I only try to open the door from my garage, the lights are here.It will stay approximately 15 seconds .I have several lights according to the area that they have to cover. The front place where I have post mailbox and in winter I have expensive Christmas lights , I have two solar lights . One 90 lights, second 48 lights.. These two lights I have placed before the main entrance and second in front of the house door (this is side area). One light I have placed before my slide door in back yard. This is good idea because mostly bad people look quite place not where a lot of cameras and busy traffic.I recommend this light for the price and amount of LED lights. 86 are very good!

Bought this light to try out not expecting astounding output or performance at $30 - but WOW I was actually pretty impressed. I have worked in Stage Production for Years so I have seen it ALL with Chinese LED products, LOL, these however were a pretty dang solid performer for the price (enough so that I am ordering another 4 for myself as well as 3 for a friend who was also impressed).The "Dim" or "Standby" lighting is enough to keep Me from walking into anything when leaving the shop until the motion detector kicks in, and with mine mounted at about 10ft height and just in front of the door it kicks in before i am about 6ft-10ft from it, which is PERFECT when I'm leaving the shop at night. The light from the standby will not deter any thieves, etc BUT the brightness the fixture has when looking towards it (even in dim mode) is enough to let people know that you have security lighting so that's a good thing. When the "Bright" mode hits, it illuminates about a 25ft circle enough to get the crosshairs in place and on target from the house 175ft away so again, GOOD THING. Standby seems to be working all night too, although in my case it's facing due south with absolutely NO obstructions or shadowing so it gets 100% direct sunlight every minute that the sun is shining so that may factor in my favor. So to sum up my review, I would say that in my situation/application (perfect exposure and mounting scenario) this light outperforms my expectations by a large margin. Your Mileage may Vary.

My mom has a motion-activated front porch light, regular electric light, and the motion sensor is iffy, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. She is in her 80s and it is helpful to have a light that comes on when she is trying to use the front door at night. She likes the look of her current porch light and doesn't want to deal with replacing it.I bought one of these and using cable ties through the mounting holes to make a loop and small clamps, I easily hung this light from a south-facing gutter overlooking her front walkway (so this fixture is parallel to the walkway and facing it). It throws a lot of light, and lights up the whole walkway even the front porch. The motion sensor seems to work very well, picking up motion 6-8 feet away at both ends of the walkway.I hung this up last fall, and it got enough light (California Bay Area) all winter to charge and work. I am very happy with this light and so is my mom. An easy fix to a nagging problem.

Better than expected. Installs in seconds. Very bright. These are mounted about 8' off the ground on the handrail of a deck and each one lights up an ground area radius of about 30' and lights up objects and people much farther outside that radius. They've only been on for a few weeks and its during the short and mostly cloudy and rainy winter days. So far there has been no problem with battery life. But I have them in the "motion detection-full on" mode, where they are off by default and only come on when motion is detected. Motion detection sensitivity is not adjustable but is pretty good for this application.

I have purchased a total of 4 of these lights. They are easily installed. I used industrial strength Velcro to attach them to all four sides of our home. Living in Florida recharging them with the sun is a non-issue. I set them on mode 2 a dim light comes on at dusk and any time motion is detected a bright light comes on for approximately 20 seconds unless motion continues to be detected. They are exceptionally bright. I originally purchased as security lights do to the number of recent neighborhood break ins. I however find these light to provide much need lights around our yard for our own safety too. I would recommend these lights for anyone needing additional lighting around their home. in fact I will be purchasing n additional light.

This product exceeded my expectations, which wasn't easy. I used it to replace a hard-wired floodlight lighting system that had been illuminating a small, 4-car parking area. It charges up well, detects motion when it's supposed to, and emits more useful area lighting than I had expected. I ended up buying a second one for my porch and will buy another for my barn.

Its not really that bright but its bright enough to be able to see. I mounted it about 12 ft off the ground on the gable end of the house to light up that side that is completely devoid of any lighting. The motion sensor is a bit narrow but just wide enough to work. This might be because of how high I mounted it.

Very bright. Motion detection works great. Used on the front of the garage. Very pleased.

only lasted 10 months tried to find website ,need replacement two work at this time,cant find company for warranty or any info on ad.

Worth every cent..I use it at the pet door

I bought two of these solar lights but one stopped working after three months. I notice that there are not options to claim any warranty on Amazon.

I have several of these. Love them! Only 1 had to be shipped back after 30 days of use. All others I have had up for a few months with no issues.

I bought this to light up a dark side of my home. I like how it as an option to only light up when motion is detected so I don't light up my neighbors bedroom windows all night
