It only has the one slot to slide the passbook into. You can likely put another passport in the holder and it would shut but likely not be secured as it would. It be inserted I tj any opening/slot.

Q: Will the magnetic field from the clasp damage your credit card's magnetic strip?

I haven’t had an issue with it yet, it’s a possibility that if the magnet get exposed from the fabric that it could damage a card.

Q: will it go past airport security nicely?

I flew from JFK to Amsterdam, then Switzerland. Flew home from Amsterdam into Newark. No issues at any of the security terminals or TSA. It held up very well too.
