The AIRBANK Pump Whale Shark Pro is powerful, efficient, and easy to use. I had an issue with the pump, but AIRBANK’s customer service went above and beyond to resolve it, exceeding my expectations. They were quick, responsive, and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend both the pump and the company!

This a great pump. It's compact and easy to carry. It took about 7.5 mins to inflate my 10.6' paddle board to 13PSI. I was also able to use it to inflate a tent to 6PSI in a few minutes. It is very quiet when compared some other pumps out there. I've had this less than a week and have used it 3 times. I'll have to update this review once I've put some miles on it, but based on my experience so far I would recommend this pump. Especially if you can get it on sale.

This product literally crapped out on the 3rd SUP inflation to 12 PSI, non-consecutive. First 2 we’re using the 12V cord and 3rd was cordless. It stopped pumping air (but still sounded like it was trying to work, only more higher-pitched), started making a crackling noise, then started fuming and smelling like something was burning. Instantly turned off and let cool down then tried again a 4th time a couple days later with the exact same issue immediately on start-up. Return window had unfortunately closed but I would have rushed it back.

I bought a 7800- 20PSI rechargeable air pump during Black Friday and got a super deal on it. I charged it, but it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Airbank and they immediately replaced it. Amilia (at Airbank) was extremely supportive and helpful during the process and kept in contact with me. Airbank really cares about their products and customers. I would shop there again for that reason alone. I haven't had an opportunity to use the pump except for testing it at home one time. It worked great! I look forward to using it a lot this summer.

Most beaches in my area require to walk a small trail. I wanted a cordless pump so that instead of carrying my paddle board, I could pump once I get to the beach. It’s convenient if you have multiple things to haul. In addition, it’s portable and light. It is quite loud but only took 8-9 minutes to pump my paddle board while I was busy setting up other stuff. I would absolutely recommend.

Best portable pump on the market! Inflates my iSUP in 9 minutes. The fact that I can charge it and carry it with me anywhere without needing to plug it in to my car is a HUGE plus!I was able to fill and deflate 4 iSUP in one charge

It pumps up more boards in the recommended 20 minutes than most pumps. It has a rechargeable battery and doesn't require your car to be running.

This one works! Used 3 times, twice for paddles boards and once for air mattress camping. Battery stays charged for awhile. Blows up 2 paddle boards 10mins each. And the lower settings for air mattress or blow up floats. Noisy but that's to be expected. Shuts off at number you set for boards. Ease to use, lots of attachments for different devices. We carry it in its own backpack with everything needed. It does get hot after blowing 2 boards up. Maybe take a break if blowing more at a time.
