Finally Recieve my Hot Shaper Last week, and I really see changes on me, I have 2 postpartum months so that works with my extra belly! This really works!!

Not only did I sweat more than I typically do, but I felt like the belly band specifically targeted my tummy area. It’s definitely worth adding into an exercise program for extra results.

First impression, I liked the belt. Minus having to do the wiggle dance while pulling it over my wide ass hips; it laid flat, except for just underneath my rips (it puckered there). Wearing it without doing any work was very comfortable and sleek (you couldn’t tell I was wearing anything underneath my workout top) and I also received their “special cream” as a bonus (I did not test that at all because I have sensitive skin). Unfortunately, when I was testing it out on a run and weight lifting - the belt would roll down from the top and roll up from the bottom making it uncomfortable to wear and having to constantly adjust. I’m sure that has more to do with my torso shape than the item itself. However, I have a feeling that the more you pull the belt over your hips - it’s going to stretch the fabric and lose some of its shape. I decided it just wasn’t the right style for me and returned the item. ( i tried the McDavid brand belt with Velcro straps instead and that works much better with my torso shape.) One other concern - I returned the belt the 6th of September, they revived the belt and have not issued my refund. I ended up contacting amazon customer service and they had to contact the seller. I gotta wait an additional 2 days for the seller’s response: then If they don’t get in touch with me - I have to wait an additional 10 days before I get a refund. Sooooo just keep that in mind.

This belt really turns up the heat and sweat during my workouts. I’ve noticed a huge difference when I wear it during workouts vs. not. There is more sweat in my waist If you’re anything like me and have your waist as a problem area, I’d highly recommend trying this belt with diet and exercise. It also really helps during that time of month with bloating.

I bought in may we r now june and it is coming apart at the seams. I bought a 1 year replacement warranty but now it says the return has expired..

My waist is 29, hips large, 150lbs, Medium didn't do it for me. If your hippie I suggest going with a Large. Medium good for narrow hips. Have ordered a Large. I will be reviewing later on the Large. I have it on now, and let me tell you that my waist is sweating already. Don't buy the cream. Its a waste of money. There is no need for it. The excess water yo see is the breakdown of the cream.

Excellent product. I wear it everyday to work. Very comfortable.. Hardly notice I have it on. Once remove the sweat pour off but keep your clothes dry

If i could give this negative stars I would. Yes, this makes you sweat and pulls it all in which is a very temporary effect. However, if you use this to workout and are training your core to build muscle to keep it tight, this product has the opposite effect. I have always had a tight muscular core and after hernia surgery thought this would help. Noooooo. My core is loose and it's taken me longer to strengthen the muscles. I worked out but keeping this on squeezes you in but doesn't tell your mind to activate the muscles to work out. I HATE this product because I'm further behind in core strength than i was before trying.

Wouldn’t recommend. I have had it for 2 weeks, I wear it almost everyday with the cream they recommend. I work out, drink a lot of water, I do this all the time and was hoping this shaper would move things along quicker, but it doesn’t. Also if your hips are wider than your stomach area (like most people are with hourglass shape) be prepared for this wrap to stretch as it makes it’s way past your hips when eventually it’s not tight fitted, just kind of sags after a while. If there was a thin zipper or snaps/hooks to be able to wrap around rather than pulling it up would make more sense.

Excellent product, I definitely break a sweat every time I wear it. I like that I can wear it under a tank top or a T-shirt and it goes unnoticed. Recommend!

didn't like the material. Doesn't have Velcro , so makes it very difficult to wear and put it on.

My wife uses it for exercising and it makes her sweat alot she's happy with the product.
