Works ok but...
The 1st one I received was defective, I couldn't change the FM frequency. I contacted the seller, Cootway, they said they will send me another one for free. It turned out that the gave me a promo code to purchase another one for free. The problem with this is I don't have Amazon prime so shipping is not free. I went through the purchase, redeem the promo code, then realize there's a shipping charge. The device is around $15, I need $10 more for free shipping. So I went and look for more stuffs to buy. Come back the next day, the promo code had already stuck to my account, so now, I don't know if the price had gone up a little or not, but I had to pay an additional 16 cent. Which is fine, but they could've made this simple and just send me another device without me having to go through all this and purchasing more stuffs. The second device came and it works fine, I was able to change the FM frequency and all. This is a good device if you're just listening to music, but if you're using it for hands-free calling, not so much. I guess if your "cigarette lighter" plug locate near the steering wheel then it may be ok, but mine locate further down from the dash. Since the built-in mic pointed down, it sounded like I'm even further away so my voice come through muffled on the other end. Most devices of this type are the same way. I wish they build one with a wire extension for the microphone, that way you can place the mic closer to you.Under the description, it says Bluetooth version 4.2, however the instructions sheet that came with the device says Bluetooth version 3.0. I've also pointed this out to the seller, they said they upgraded the device Bluetooth but forgot to change the instructions sheet. If you can believe them. The second one I received came in a bigger box, but the instructions sheet still says Bluetooth version 3.0.But for $15, what do you expect?

Works great for everything but calling.
So far this is working great. I use it in a Mitsubishi Eclipse with a note 5 and a Sirius/XM Onyx radio. The bluetooth connection is great, even inside my armrest cubby where I keep it plugged in. The usb port is not a rapid charger and if i use it to try to charge my cell phone it will only maintain current charge, not actually charge the phone, but it does keep my satellite radio charged/powered on. The microphone for the hands free calling is tiny and so the call quality is crappy-it sounds good on your end but the receiver of your call just hears echoes and faint faint sounds. So I do not recommend this for hands free unless you hook up an external mic to the aux jack.

Amazingly good at first then LCD went dead.
These things have never worked for me...until now. i have a 2003 Ford truck without any aux input. Just a cd player and a radio. i decided to try this device. It paired easily with my iPhone 6s, then i first set the radio frequency to 106.9 and the device worked immediately, however i got a lot of hiss. So i moved the frequency to 88.5, and still got hiss. Here is what fixed the hiss - turn up the volume on the iPhone! Hello! I played Spotify, Diana Krall and was amazed at the quality of the sound. i am really impressed. A great solution at a very reasonable cost. Much less than changing out the radio! So now it is 6 months later and the LCD screen no longer lights. It got slowly dimmer then stopped working.

Works great :)
This is very easy to set up and use... I could hear the caller clearly and they could hear me, as well as the music I was playing came through clearly. I will be buying another for my husband's car :)

I had the same problem as the review from 9/30/17 and one of the questions. I could not change the FM frequency. When I pressed the TX button, it stayed at 108.0. The dial only changed the volume. Had to return. I liked the rectangle shape versus the other FM transmitters out there and it came with the audio cable.Update 10/24/17: Cootway contacted me by email to find out why I returned it, so they do have great customer service.
