Soothe Magnesium, 100% Pure Magnesium Spray, Joint and Muscle Pain, Leg Cramps, Soothes Restless Legs, GMO Free, Made in USA, 8oz

I’ve been looking for another magnesium oil to compete with “Ease” magnesium which is my favorite brand. It is made from magnesium hexahydrate and absorbs into my skin quickly with little to no itch and burn. However, it’s $36 per bottle. I’ve been using it for a couple of years and often check to see if there are any other magnesium hexahydrates on the market yet. A few days ago I checked again and I saw Soothe, which is clearly mimicking Ease because the labels look virtually the same, same formula, same directions, etc. But it is $7 cheaper. I received it in okay condition; looks like some oil leaked out of the top and was just sitting under the plastic cover around the sprayer. I poured it in an old Ease bottle instead because the Ease bottle seems to be a bit better quality. I used the Soothe this morning and the consistency and absorption seems to be the same if not better than Ease. The true test will be over time, if my mag deficiency symptoms come back or stay away. Understand that for these products to work one has to use the full dosage everyday. 30-50 sprays after a shower, covering as much skin as possible. It is not a difficult process. I hope this works just as well as Ease! I will update this review next month, whether I stick with Soothe or go back to Ease.

I love love love this Magnesium! I am sure it has saved my sanity. I have had horrific leg cramps for most of my life. Now, with Soothe Magnesium, I seldom have cramps. If I do have them, I apply more Soothe Magnesium to that area, and instead of the 30 minute cycle of cramping they settle down and I can get back to bed within minutes, even before they stop completely. I recommend this product to everyone I know that has problems with cramping. Mine are not just in my legs, to be clear here, and it works everywhere they show up. I have tried all the other sprays, and creams, they didn't work for me!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. I always use it after a shower at night before bed. It makes my muscles feel so relaxed and helps me sleep so well. Most people are deficient in magnesium and don't even know it and it's great to finally find the best, most bioavailable magnesium to put on my body. Also it is not oily like most other magnesium sprays which is great

This is the only brand that I’ve used that doesn’t burn and itch when I apply it. I fall asleep quickly and sleep like a rock when I use it. I gave a trial size to a friend that was having problems with eye twitching and the issue went away. Love this stuff!

Have fibromyalgia pain on neck and shoulder. I used after shower.

I don't really see any difference when using the product.. I was using it for cramps and spasms in me leg but I still have them.
