I just moved into an apartment and was looking for something that could add an extra layer of security. Unfortunately, the door stop alarms didn't end up working with our apartment door. That is no fault to the door stoppers its just how our door is. But when we tested the alarm, it was SO loud, so if it does work with your front door I'd highly recommend. The alarm is loud enough that you'd be able to hear it from the back of the house and maybe even from upstairs. The portable door lock works perfectly on our bedroom door and we use it everyday. It was easy to figure out and while it doesn't make any noise you would hear someone trying to open the door. Overall, if your looking for an extra layer of security I'd highly recommend. This product seems to be of good quality and works well to give you a peace of mind especially when your alone or visiting a new location.

The door stopper is loud! We don’t use the noise part in hotels. We got it because my daughter who was 9 started sleeping walking while we were in France. She almost got out the door. So we now have this stopper and the door won’t open. It is super easy to use and price was great. You get two safety options! We have take. It has been to 4 different countries and many different states and the quality has held up!

I recently purchased the Door Stop Alarm and was impressed with its effectiveness. The alarm is loud and definitely serves its purpose of alerting me if someone tries to enter my room. However, one downside is that the product did not come with batteries, so I had to purchase those separately.I was disappointed to find out that it couldn't be used on my cruise cabin's door due to the door design. However, I do think that for doors with a more standard shape, the Travel Door Stopper Door would be a useful and effective tool for added security and peace of mind.

I love these door stoppers. The alarm is super loud and I live it because it's a great deterant. Easy to use and has a on/off switch. Worth the purchase!!

They work as intended and are super loud.

If I could give this product a ZERO stars I would. I bought this for vacation and the door stop alarms do not fit the 9V batteries, I bought two separate brands and none worked. But the worst and scary part is the door lock as it’s not compatible with all inward doors as they claim.I used the door lock with no problems for five days on vacation, so I know this was not user error, it’s not compatible with all inward door as they claim.On the sixth day, I placed the lock correctly into the Airbnb inward door and in the morning, to my panic, the lock wouldn’t budge. I was stuck in a room for several hours. Eventually, I had to climb out of a tiny window, thankfully I could fit, I can’t imagine if the room was windowless!!!The Airbnb owners had to call a professional locksmith to which after attempting to remove the lock from their door, it damaged their door! Which of course the Airbnb owners requested us to pay the damages, to which now I’m demanding the Seller or Amazon to front the damage bill as this product is dangerous even when used correctly.This item should not be sold on this platform!! I can’t imagine how freaked out one would be in the event the room you used it in had no windows for you to escape…or if you didn’t have your phone on you, etc.

I love it because it gives more security to the door.

I bought the floor alarms so that when my partner is away, I know that nobody can get in without stting off the alarm. It is VERY loud and shrill-a perfect deterant. The door locks are great for hotel rooms when you are in your room. Piece of mind that no one can get into your room.

Good for most doors. Two level alarm with off switch is great option. Material is not best, battery cover is of plastic.

The lock doesn’t work on all doors.
