It was almost high quality
This backpack is great in the first few weeks but the zipper just breaks for no reason! It divides itself and now I need to find a new backpack. I just don't understand how the whole thing is high quality and when it gets to the zipper it is trash. This backpack is absolutely waterproof dumped water on it to figure it out, fits what I need nicely. Is fashionable but it's not functional if I can't close it!What's the point if it doesn't work??It's really disappointing.

I definitely would recommend this product. It feels sturdy, everything feels secure. It is the reason I made sure I still had this backpack when my first one gave me a few problems. The customer service is absolutely astounding. If you need something, they are definitely willing to work with you to fix whatever could be wrong. If they had more designs, I would definitely grab another!

Parts fell off
Great looking but turned out not to be as sturdy as I needed. The zipper broke and strap came off after 3 uses.

Tones of places to hold stuff the white part is like leather and it's pretty good quality if only the zippers were good
