Looks gorgeous when complete
I'll never understand people who say that Mega Bloks / Construx are "inferior" and don't go together as well as Lego. We've built every Destiny set as well as every Halo set, including all the biggies with thousands of blocks, and I have never had any more issues with pieces snapping together than we do on any of the hundreds of Lego sets we've done. Although one product I *can* say Mega did a horrible job with - the Enterprise, since the dish was just an absolute nightmare, and I couldn't get the outsides to stay on without super glue... Then again, I had similar issues with a few of the 2000+ sets from Lego as well (although not that severe). Considering the number of sets we've built compared to most, and the lack of issues overall, I really don't think there's a "deficiency" with Mega's products.Others complain about the lack of numbered bags. This I can see to a point as well, depending on the age of the builder. For me, I actually like the change of pace from Lego, since the lack of numbering means my son had to learn how to organize things by shape, size, height, etc... So we have all the flat pieces in one section organized into piles, all the tall pieces in another, all the "non standard" shapes in another, etc.. This is a great learning tool to me. But if you're a parent with an 8 year old who never had to work with more than a bag or two of parts at a time, I can see why that could be considered overwhelming. But then they shouldn't be buying these for their kids...This comes in a box like their other large sets - the box itself is almost collectible. Great artwork inside, with separate boxes inside for parts as well, and the huge manual. This isn't your little 300 piece "Despicable Me" car project, although it's not nearly as time consuming as the Scarab or Forward Unto Dawn were. And when you're done, it's stunning to behold. Love the size, large without being obnoxious. I like the way the top center section opens, rather than just lifting pieces off, they pivot open out of the way to the sides. There is nice attention to detail inside and outside as well. It's also nice having another set with Psions in it, since the only other one I can think of off the top of my head is the Goliath tank one that just came out as well. And Cayde is always a great addition to a collection. It beats the looked for average of about 100 pieces per 10 bucks, so it's not gouging you in the wallet either. This is actually one of my favorite 2000+ piece sets now from the Destiny / Halo universes. That being said, I *do* have a higher incidence of missing parts with the Mega products. But just like Lego, there's an 800 number or a website you can go to and have them ship the missing pieces. So I've never really had a problem with that either.

This thing is huge
We weren't quite done with it in this picture. My 14 year old got it for Christmas. The only thing that's hard about it is the fact that the pieces are not in numbered bags like Legos so we had to search for pieces but I guess thats part of the fun. Took us 5 days to put it together.

Good set, not so good QC issues
This set is pretty good; it comes with 2 Cabal Red Legion Legionaries, 2 Cabal Red Legion Psio ns, the Cabal Harvester Dropship itself, and of course, everyone's favorite Hunter, Cayde-6.The set itself offers good play value and display value, as the Dropship has a lot of moving doors and hinges, some of which have options that would allow one to display certain figures (Cabal Legionaries in this case) as if they were disembarking from the vehicle mid-air, just as they do in-game.The dropship is also highly detailed both on the inside and out; no stickers were included as every piece that has a unique print on it has been printed. Its scale is enough to house the mini action figures, but it is not in scale to the recent Goliath Tank set. It would have offered more play value if the set was able to "carry" the Tank as it is in the games, but it would probably cost more.I would have given this set the perfect 5 star review if it had not had some quality control issues, as mine was missing an important piece and instead came with a duplicate piece parallel to the missing one. Fortunately, I was able to request the missing part from MEGA's Customer Service and I have had received it just recently, completing my set.As I have not encountered this problem from almost all the Destiny sets that I have previously purchased, this incident somewhat disappointed me, since this set is a Signature Series set, hence the 4 star rating. But in any case, it is still a good set to purchase due to its play and display values.P.S. If, for any reason, your set is missing parts or came with broken parts, I suggest calling MEGA/Mattel's Customer Service instead of submitting an email, its better to call as your request would be heard by an actual person.

Wow, Big!
I bought this for my wife, who is a big Destiny player, she loves it. We plan to build it together as we have with other Destiny kits in the past.

A destiny fan!
The Cabal ship is super awesome and fun to build! Sometimes it's challenging for my 8 year old to go it alone but he enjoys figuring it out. He's about 15% in but enjoys spending time on it daily.

It's Big!
I got this for my son as a gift, he loves it, taking some time to build because it is a large project. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Destiny and building sets.

No marked bags of pieces, like LEGO sets.
Came in multiple small unmarked plastic bags. Nearly impossible to put together.

You may get one with missing parts
It’s not that bad of a build and it’s very nice to look at, but the one I got had broken pieces and missing parts and missing figures , they send me a new one to get the parts that were missing but as I was only half way done I only took what I needed at the time, when I was 90% done I noticed that they were still pieces missing , was not too happy about that, anyway using , some Lego and some spare parts that I got from the extra pieces , I finished the build it didn’t look like it did in the box but it was still nice, until because of the missing pieces that I couldn’t replace , it was too structurally unstable and kept falling apart with every touch , I had to rebuild that at least three times ( which after while starts getting boring and repetitive ) Megablocks or Mage constructHave a reputation of not so structurally sound builds already, so with missing bits you can only imagine, justHow poorly this thing stood .
