Great beginner keyboard for those looking to learn how to play notes, simple songs. Have fun.
This keyboard was a excellent purchase. I bought the green color for my eight year old son. He absolutely loves it. The keys work well. The sound is comparable to much more expensive options.Great quality, especially for the price. The color is so pretty. Unique. Light weight.I looked at four or five different models and selected this one based on the reviews. I am happy I did. Easy set up right out of the box.My son loves to just play, make up songs, jam out. He has a great time with this piano and it is something that he can use in the future to transfer from piano lessons to practicing at home. This is one of the few items I have bought for my children that they actually continue to use after a few weeks. As they get older, he can use this keyboard to learn simple songs, learn “piano” keys, etc. Overall great purchase. Would definitely buy this item again.

Disappointed
When the package arrived, I was excited and couldn't wait to try it out. Taking it out of the box was the easy part. It does have a power cord and a manual. It gives you instructions on where to get the app for the keyboard. It lists a lot of functions and cool features. However, the app will only install on certain devices. My phone...no problem...my Kindle...no problem...my other tablet wouldn't happen. Then neither will connect to the keyboard. And without the app, the features will not work such as the lighted keys which was a plus for this keyboard. It has only two controls the power and volume buttons. On the back it has only three connections, power, earphone jack and a USB connection for who knows what. Which make it just a basic keyboard. It's not very large and the description says it sounds like a baby grand piano. Not true. It sounds like a regular keyboard with nothing special at all.The app does work of itself, but you can download those anywhere. It's called a smart keyboard but from what I have experienced, it's a cheap keyboard that come with a subscription. If you want the premium stuff, be prepared to spend more money and that's if you can get the app to work.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are better keyboards around with better features and cost less.I would not recommend this at all. And the one star was because the keyboard does work.

Beautiful and beautiful sound
A pink piano, what more could I ask for? Only complaint is that at least to my knowledge you cannot use this as a midi device. If you can, it's difficult to hook up. Anyway, to the good part. It's pretty, it's pink, the keys feel great, and the app is actually really nice. Great for beginners!

A fantastic starting place! And in fun colors!
I treated myself on Prime Day because I needed a new way to unwind. I've tried teaching myself piano on and off for the last few years and never really stuck with it, so this time I made it as easy as possible for myself. NOTE: I added stickers to the keys, those are not included with this. (But I do highly recommend them, they make it a lot easier.)PROS: Right off the bat, the fun colors. I love mint green and never thought I'd find a keyboard close to that color. It looks great, but it's not too much. Next is the light up keys. They are my favorite feature and they are bright enough to see clearly even on the black keys. You just download the app on your phone/tablet, and you can find songs to start playing right away. You connect the keyboard via bluetooth, it's very easy and straightforward process. Also the keys are semi-weighted so if you hit them harder they will be louder, but it's not super sensitive to it. You can plug the keyboard in or use batteries and it's very light so it's very portable. The app has a fair amount of free songs from classics Beethoven to modern day stuff like Maroon 5. They even have a free song from Minecraft. They also have paid songs from 99 cents up to about 3 or 4 dollars, but there's a decent amount of free content. You can play it one hand at a time or both. You can turn the lights off if you don't want them. You can read sheet music or do the "rhythm game" which is more like a lot of the tutorials you see on Youtube with the blocks that fall on the piano keys. You can play along in time, slowed down, or at your own pace. I can't sing the praises of those options enough. It's great for letting you choose how you want to learn.CONS: The sound quality is kind of meh. It's not terrible, but you probably wouldn't want to play professional concerts with it. But, that's not really the purpose of it, so I won't harp on that too much. You can choose different reverb levels in the app, but the speakers are just very average quality. Also you can only choose reverb settings, no different instruments (you can hook it up to garage band or something and use it there, but no options for it out of the package). The app also has a lot of songs that are for 88 keys, it will warn you of this and still let you play, but you have to tap the note on the screen to get it to play. It doesn't just play it automatically, which makes it hard to play those songs. I wish it would convert them or just play the note for you, but unfortunately it does not.TLDR; It's got light up, semi-weighted keys that feel good to play. The app makes learning piano as easy as it can be, offers a fair amount of free content and has much more available for purchase. It's also lightweight and extremely portable. The speaker quality is average, instrumentation variety doesn't exist, and the app doesn't offer a good solution to 88 key songs, but will let you play them if you choose. The app is also very flexible in it's options of how you want to learn. Overall, this is a great keyboard for beginners and I am very happy with it.
