Simple and effective
If you’re looking for a holosun, buy a holosun. UTG makes very good products and this is no different. It doesn’t have a shake awake capability so I wouldn’t use this on a concealed carry gun, but it is built solid and sturdy. I have it on an AR-9 and it holds a zero very well and works as I expected it to. The battery is located underneath the sight base so it requires you to remove the sight to change it. The tolerances are pretty snug though so it shouldn’t be off very much at all when you put it back on.

Zero seems to change (update: it doesnt change)
Might be me, but the zero seems to change with vibrations, still need to go to the range tho, ive onlynused the laser bore sight thingy, so it migh be me. Other than that seems to be really good value. Once i go to the range i will update my review and let you all know.Also, adjustments are backwards, Up is Down and Right is left...Update: zero is fine, i just didnt tight it enough.

Good for the price but eats batteries.
Great dor for the price. Runs when needed. Came with a zero 8 feet up and 3 to the right so it took a little bit extra to get it zeroed. I can't tell if it's my astigmatism but the dot is not crisp. Brightness is good. Mounting is dependant on what you are putting it on some are loose some are good. Battery life is very short for dots like it. Hasn't died yet and I'm not soft on it. It will stay in the rotation. Good for the price!

Good budget red dot option.
It works, it works nearly the same as an RMR Type 1/2; battery on the bottom, no frills. 4 MOA is good enough for defensive or just general use. I put this dot on non serious guns that I just want a dot on. They hold zero and do not flicker under use. 4 stars until further testing occurs.

Ok
It's OK. The thing works as expected but the brightness leaves a lot to be desired. Good for low light, but sunny days wash it out compared to similar priced products I have tested.

Excellent red dot
I was very pleased to see how compact this red dot was when i got it. It also looks and feels solid. Very easy sight in from just over 50 yards, very clear sight and was pulling a pretty good group. The only thing that could be better aboit it is if it were a shake awake.
