So I bought this to help encourage my body to breathe through my nose while I sleep. I don’t have sleep apnea and I don’t snore, but for some reason, the last couple of years I have started sleeping with my jaw dropped and mouth wide open, causing me to wake up not feeling rested. The only reason I knew I was doing this of course, was me asking my husband to pay attention to what I’m doing while I’m sleeping. And night after night, he said I was sleeping with my mouth wide open & he also said that he tried plugging my nose to see if I was using my nose at all to breathe, and he said I didn’t flinch because I was obviously only breathing through my mouth. So flash forward a year, I’ve been through four crappy face-lifting bandages & they all either fell apart after one wash (and line dry only) and/or the others were so tight that I would quickly start getting a headache. I happened upon this sellers version and I wish I had found this face-lifting bandage from the beginning of my mouth-breathing sleep troubles!!For starters…..it is really soft, VERY breathable and has the options to make it fit a petite sized head- all the way up to a big, ole noggin’ like mine 😆. (I’ve been told I have a bit of a large head compared to the average female). I also wanted to add this very important detail…: I don’t know what it is about this version (because they all start to look the same once you have perused over the hundred versions that are selling here on Amazon 🙄😵‍💫) but when I put this one on at night, it feels like my head is being cradled ever so gently, like that of a mother, rocking her babe to sleep …😴😆. It has a smooth & universally even amount of compression and again….the bottom line here….IT WORKS EXACTLY LIKE WE ALL WANT IT TOO!Which I wanted to wait to write a review (I don’t review many things either) until I wore it and washed it a few times (but don’t put it in the dryer and try to hand wash it if you have the time!) which you can see, there is no piling, the stitches are all still there and the Velcro is as strong as it was out of the package 👌🏽. And I don’t need the seller to offer me anything in return for my review (even though I think they do anyway! Which is most definitely a plus, especially if they are selling something that actually works👌🏽). I wanted to leave this review because I know I spent at least 2-3 hours looking at probably 30-40 different variations of this face bandage and I wish I had a review like this to read so I could have had been able to spend that time off my phone/tablet doing something other than searching for a product that in the long run, is going to better my health. I hope my review helps others and more importantly, I hope you get the therapeutic relief that I’ve been given from purchasing this item 🤩

I’m at an age where my skin is losing elasticity and my chin and jaw line are sagging. I gave this product a try because it wasn’t expensive and I’ve often heard such things as face yoga and other facial exercises can help improve muscle firmness. I’d use it for the first 25 minutes I got into bed at night while browsing the web or reading. The key is to use it consistently. It’s like swaddling your face and head. Although tight, it’s not uncomfortable and is easy to use. After a few months of use I’ve seen an improvement in the contours of my chin and jaw line. I’d give this product a try.

Hit facial threads a month ago… this doesn’t seem to keep my face secure. And it hurts your ears. But the back of the head strap is great. Stays out.

This was fairly comfortable and I got used to it very easily. I ordered it to keep my mouth closed when I sleep, as I normally used to wake up with a dry throat. As a bonus it slimmed my face and jawline too.

If you've wasted money on those tiny rubber ones that pulled your ears forward so much that you could probably take flight, this is for you. I'm a guy and I have a commendable sized head, so it was just too much to adjust all the Velcro until I wasn't worried about choking to death. There are Velcro straps which is both awesome and slightly annoying. If you're a female with a common head size, you'll love this. I love it too, it's just an ordeal and I'm not disciplined enough to do it twice a day as recommend. I found an AWESOME skin firming lotion on sale here on Amazon that has a 4.8 rating. I put that on my neck first and then strapped this thing on which seemed to take 15 mins because I kept having to adjust straps. Again, if you hate the cheap rubber ones, you'll love this. It's adjustable and really comfortable considering my stupid man head. For a committed girl: 5 stars... For a man who never finishes anything and had a lil turkey neck going on: maybe 3.5 or 4. Just embrace your turkey waddle and have a beer..or maybe get a turkey waddle piercing and start a new senior punk scene. It's never too late to frighten the general public.

I keep this on and off through out the day and sleep without it at night. I can feel the lift as I adjust the straps to fit firm on my face. I really like that there is a strap in the back to wrap around your head to keep it firmly in place. The skin renews itself monthly so I feel as I wear this slimming mask my face will change more and more permanently with each month or slowly as each day passes. I also like sit backward over my couch with this on and hang upside down to let the blood flow to my face which I believe will help with my skin appearance with this lifting mask on. didn’t fit comfortably without sliding off of the back of my head, ponytail method doesn’t work either, it just snaps off and falls off my head and it isn’t even big. i wish i didn’t get this and i can’t return it for my money back.

I try all kinds of different natural, home remedies for face slimming, anti-aging, shaping, etc. I use face yoga, rollers, topical solutions, etc. This "facial belt" is higher quality than others I have seen. As you can see in the picture, it is a lightweight breathable material with Velcro adjustable closures. It arrived well packed with an information insert as shown. There were no odd smells to the fabric, which is a good thing. I have tried this several times so far. It fits the average adult female head. You have to be careful not to catch your hair in the Velcro. You can hand wash it as needed. The company suggest wearing this for about 30 minutes per day.I think this can help you to "train" your head to stay aligned with good posture. That might help your chin to look firmer and leaner. If you are going to try a device like this, this particular brand is the best I have found. Reasonably priced. I will continue to work with it as part of my routine.
