Hurry up and buy this for yourself and anyone you care about. Like a lot of folks, I've been working from home the past 4 years. I've always been active, however, noticed I was slouching a lot at work and also in my personal life(video games, garage work). Then recently started having some back pain so I started looking for some simple solutions and holy hell this things is LEGIT. Going to straighten your posture up and keep you from slouching. It relieves back pain especially after a few uses. It's easy to use and adjusts to your size. It definitely fits true to size, I'm around 208lbs and still was able to fit Large. I look forward to using it everyday and building the muscle memory as it is designed to do.

Metal rod to keep your back straight, nice thick velcro band at the waist. I like that there are two adjustment straps, one for shoulders one for waist, however I which the velcro strip for the waist was bigger. There is not much stretch in the waist band so that may be good or bad, depending on how tight you want to pull it. Overall, not bad but not as comfortable as some others I've tried.

This has got to be my second back brace, first one i bought here on amazon got so stretched out it was so difficult to continue using.I have bad posture and back pains so I choose a small based on reviews and recommendations, if you have a little pouch in the front like I do it might be a bit difficult to wrap around so good a size up if you need to. But the small works fine I just won't think of returning because it feels good and helps alot and I'm postpartum anyways. It almost feels as if you have nothing on, the design and style helps alot, the velcro is also very strong and it does help with the pain relief

First time purchasing on of these. I measured my waist and bought accordingly. Got it a couple hours ago.I have a long torso. Where this fits most around the waist, this was more of an “over the shoulder boulder holder.” (movie reference)……meaning a breast supporter. Let’s face it ladies…. No one wants to wear anything tight/constricting in that area. The girls flopped over the thing. Tight as a bad fitting bra band.This would be great if I had broken ribs but there was zero lower back support. You know….the area right above someone’s bum crack.Then there is the shoulders. No way to adjust those. No structure support, either - just thick fabric. Because the shoulders straps were big- no making me sit straighter. Did not meet my expectations. I picked this over others because it was pink.Next one, I will measure my length and waist then buy one where it has every section being adjustable because there is no “one fits all” sizing back support. Returning.

Of the couple of back braces I’ve tried through Amazon, this one has been the best so far. I wear it over an undershirt and under a polo at work, no one can tell I’m wearing it and it doesn’t hurt. The only thing is that it shifts up and out of place as you twist/turn/bend but it’s pretty easy to readjust when it does. I’ve been wearing it for a month 3 days a week at 9ish hours straight a day. So it’s worth it at the price point.

Update: Yes, the smaller size fits much better and feels more comfortable. I’ll still stick by my original saying that you need to measure because it is more accurate sizing that way! And even if you were on the higher end of the smaller size, I would still go for the smaller size.Also, I do feel like it’s helping my posture so far I have only wearing it for about 45 minutes to an hour per day as recommended at first, and then it says you can increase the time you wear it. You don’t want your body to depend on it, you just want it to help you.I think I just bought the wrong size. I normally do not measure. I just go by what my normal sizes are. But you definitely need to measure! I will update my review when I get my new size. But it was kind of uncomfortable and I’m pretty sure I was sent previously returned item. Hopefully the better size will fit better and feel more uncomfortable.
