Fast shipping , quicker than stated! Love this new computer! All in one is the way to go , sits on my desktop on a shelf lifted up about 6 inches , so convenient!

Recently purchased this desktop for business purposes to work with my designs for my POD, Books and more. I totally like the way the PC was packaged. It was easy to set up and runs smoothly, for now.Please note: THIS desktop is NOT a touchscreen. If you're looking for a touchscreen, then this isn't it!!Will add to my review later down after some use.

My old HP all-in-one was only about 6 years old, I loved it but it was SO slow! This new one is SOOOO fast I am super impressed and sad I didn't make the leap sooner. The wireless keyboard is shallower (a much lighter, leaner board) so it makes typing faster too. I even like the new mouse! Plus the clean, white, sleek look of the whole thing. The reason for not giving it a full 5-stars...there is a buzzing that comes and goes. I have to adjust the stand occasionally to stop it from buzzing. But I am willing to overlook this minor inconvenience. Overall very happy with this purchase. UPDATE: I am taking another star away....b/c the buzzing/vibrating of the computer's casing has become MUCH worse over time and it is TOTALLY ANNOYING me. I have to make adjustments all day long to stop the mind numbing noises coming from it. Also beware that all of the USB ports are in the center of the BACK of the unit which are very difficult to reach. I had to buy an extension plug.

If you’re are replacing an old computer, like ours (8 years) it takes a little getting used too.

I bought this computer specifically for using with my part-time job, online tutoring using zoom as the platform. My internet speed, I use ether net connection, is around 680 mbps. When I log onto zoom, my internet speed drops to 80-150 mbps. Talking with zoom and Spectrum, they believe my HP computer does not have the CPU capabilities to handle zoom despite saying it does. Trying to talk to HP to address this because I have had the computer less than a year, was very difficult. The auto operator was very cumbersome and unable to connect me to anyone. When I did finally reach a person, they hung up on me and then did not call me back despite having my number. When I continued to call, I finally did reach a person who said it was not the computer. If I wanted software assistance from HP, I would have to pay for it. In the process of returning the computer.

Very nice and easy to setup.

So far, so good.

The pc came today very well packaged, no problems putting it together. So far so good
