Nice muscle roller
I like this as a fascia blaster but did not want to pay the high price for the other brands. It helps release the lactic acid stored in my muscles I have a bad case of Fibromyalgia and cannot exercise as I used to be able to. My husband uses it on the front and back of my legs, arms, my back and I feel a great relief. Shipped fast inside a nice storage box so I would definitely recommend it to anyone with stiff muscles, pain, also works to reduce cellulite.

Solid construction. Good for use on so many parts of the body. Would be great if massage balls came in larger sizes.

Nubs are a little sharp so I do not recommend using on bare skin

Soo good!
Wasn't sure how I felt about using this at first. Felt weird and a little painful in spots but after a few mins was feeling a lot of muscles release pressure! Try to use it all over but mostly I been focusing on my Neck and shoulders for pains and knots. Definitely would recommend this!
