I purchased 3 POCHFAN units while renovating daughter's condo. She is very happy with how they look and work. The lights were bright enough that I probably didn't need the other lights I replaced. 3 different color tones. Installation was no issue except for one gripe. The units I purchased had 4 inch down rods. I replaced those with 24 inch down rods. The wiring was only good for the 4 inch units. If using longer down rods you need to rewire/extend that wiring. Other fans I have purchased in the past have had extra wiring for longer down rods. Even so I would buy again.A note on support: Finding how to contact POCHFAN is not easy. Nothing in box or on Amazon selling page. You find support by going to POCHFAN manufacturing page (look for "Sold by" under pricing section, NOT the POCHFAN store page). I contacted support to get extra remotes. They were very helpful and I received what I needed. 6 stars for the support group.

Easy to install but the blades are made of pressed cardboard. The remote works flawlessly and the fan is quiet. The lighting is more than adequate. Only time will tell how the blades will hold up to repeated dusting, and if it works out, ill upgrade to 5 stars..

Great Little fan for our Seasonal Room. Plenty of light from the LED fixture, fan is quiet and works well. The remote that mounts on the wall is a big plus in a room where the real switch is in the next room. The ability to change the color of the LED from cool white/daylight/warm white from the remote is great. Thanks

I purchased 3 of these (2 small, 1 large). They look very nice, somewhat simple to install (I did it myself, and I am not an electrician). However, one of the 2 small fans appeared to be used and returned (screws were already installed and parts scattered). This is disappointing because I set some time aside to install all 3, but I will need to return it. I would have given a higher rating, but used items are not acceptable for a paying customer who expects brand new items.

Update: Appreciate the fans customer support team for reaching out to help triage. While the fan doesn’t work with my dimmer switch, they sent me a new fan free of charge that we plan on installing soon. Hopefully that’ll relieve the sound issue we’ve been having. Even so, the fact that they stand by their product is much appreciated and not seen much these days.Original: Ordered this fan for a bedroom because of the style. It looks great hung up with the squared off blades to make it look more modern. Some more detailed thoughts…Sound: it’s not as quiet as I thought based on the advertisement. When running, you definitely can hear the motor rotating. I normally wear headphones when doing computer work, but even someone on one of my Zoom calls could hear it. Also, when I turn the fan off via the remote there is still a rolling sound that is emitted. Only option is to turn it completely off from a switch.Light: speaking of switch, I have a dimmable wall switch. I can dim the light, but every time I turn the fan completely off and then on, the color continues to change. No resolution on how to keep it one color, even after looking at the feedback from other buyers.Pricing: check for pricing deals. I bought one to test it with the idea to add this fan to two other bedrooms. After it was delivered, the price dropped $20. Amazon refused to price match and the only way to get the promo deal was to return it and order it again because Amazon says that’s “the sellers policy”

I was looking for something super fast, in stock, but something modern yet somewhat soft and coastal and this hit all those points! Walked all around Home Depot couldn't find anything send to myself why didn't I check Amazon went home went on Amazon and found this little beauty so reasonably priced WITH a remote -- winner winner perfect fan! AND IT HAS A KIND OF A SPECIAL DESIGN IN THAT THE SAND SLATS ARE TILTED. For barely $100 crazy good. Overnight delivery ready for my handyman to install easily.
