I purchased this pool product with high hopes, but it has been a complete letdown. Within just 30 days of use, the product started leaking, rendering it almost unusable.The initial setup seemed straightforward, and the product worked fine for the first couple of weeks. However, to my dismay, I soon noticed water leaking from multiple spots. I followed all the instructions meticulously, yet the problem persisted. This is clearly a defect in the product’s design or manufacturing quality.As if the leaks weren’t bad enough, the product also stopped working properly around the same time. It no longer performs its basic functions as advertised, which is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the price.I tried reaching out to customer service, but the response has been slow and unhelpful. I expected better quality and support from a reputable brand.Save your money and avoid this product. It’s not worth the hassle or the disappointment.

Easy to install and Good product.

Easy to install, no leaks, seems to be working fine, however, my chlorine level is very high. I have turned the adjustment valve all the way down and it is still running high, is there something that I am doing wrong? It's is basically off but the level is still to high, may need to replace, unless there is a fix to this.
