Good for Diabetic patients
I am diabetic. I drink tea or coffee without sugar. But for other things like lassi, porridge etc. I use this. This is my first purchase of stevia. After using, I have seen that there is no problem with my glucose level. It will take a few days to adopt to the taste as it is different from Sugarfree like things available in the market.

Good substitute for sugar.
In beginning taste feel yukk bt aftr 4/5 days when u wil b habitual of its taste it feel good. Awesome substitute for sugar. Stevia is zero calorie sugar. Using it from last 2 months and also giving it to diabetic family member as well. Its really nice. Go for it if u want to stay fit n lose ur weight
