There isn't a thing that I don't like about this toilet paper holder. The design is so beautiful! I didn't realize that you can flip the bear so it can go either direction. The installation was the easiest thing to do. It is 3 pieces and has covers for the screws so the whole thing is that beautiful black color and with the wall color the silhouette pops! The arm has no problems accommodating a mega roll. The whole item is sturdy an holds a cell phone easily. 😅I honestly admire it when using the loo and have recommended it to my coworkers. Going to get the bigfoot one for the Hubby's restroom. Great shipping/packaging 5 stars!!! If you are going for the rustic look or are just tired of using the springy holders or have teens who apparently don't know how to change the roll, you need this in your bathroom!

This product is extremely great quality and very easy to install. The size is perfect for any size toilet paper roll and even has a little shelf for your phone or whatever else you may want to set on it

Elegant looking but still creates a great mountain home, cozy look.

A bit flimsy, so would of probably given it a four instead of a five, but is metal certainly strong enough for what it is built to do. However, I gave it a three because the corners of the shelf are extremely sharp. If it’s installed where it might be inadvertently bumped or such, it would probably leave you with a good gouge and an open wound.

Looks just as pictured and we are very happy with it.

This is very cute but the bar that holds the toilet paper roll is quite sharp and slightly shaves the inside of the cardboard holding the paper, causing a mess on the floor.It also is very noisy as the roll goes around. I have had to get creative and tape some thin foam onto the bar to fix these problems.
