It is so big! A little work putting it together but what a grill! Only cooked a few things on it so far but they turned out great!

Love this smoker
We bought this smoker so we could host a large party (80+ people) and it worked great! A week before the party the smoker showed up to the house, and we assembled it. Assembly took maybe 1-2 hours, but was overall a snap! I had reached out to Recteq for shipping info, and they got back to me on a Sunday, during a holiday. Great customer service! Instructions where online, I had printed them out and kept them in case I need the for the future.The Recteq did amazing! The first smoke we did was just to make sure everything worked perfectly. On the day before the party, I started smoking brisket (50lbs) this only took up half of the lower rack. We ended up running the smoker for almost 24 hours straight. We smoked 50lbs of brisket, 50 lbs of pulled pork, 14 racks of ribs, 100 chicken drumsticks and 4 tri tips. I would HIGHLY recommend Recteq to anyone looking for a very high-quality smoker, they are built like tanks!

Gigantic and powerful
Amazing is the best summary. I have a large Pitt boss smoker but it looks like a dwarf compared to the BFG. I also love the light and the performance. I could nit defect any cold spots. Customer service is also wonderful. I had a couple of issues with assembly called them and they shipped me replacement parts fast and free. Strongly recommended the product and company

Great smoker. Huge.
This thing is massive. Probably way more bbq than needed for a casual bbqer like myself. But it is awesome and holds temp perfectly for hours.

Support suggested I place raw meat on a cold grill as the new fix
I purchased the BFD, $2,700 and it's a boat anchor. Only one year old, burns everything on the right side, even set at 180. They will give you a run-around story about the wind and smokestacks. Now, it overheats, and I have to unplug it from the power. They suggested I place raw meat on a cold grill as the new fix. They also told me not to open the lid, so that my meat burns. You will be disappointed if you spend the money on one. Support is horrible, almost ignorant on purpose. They will simply waste your time with no solution.
