Love it
I can have it up with my solar lights, propane heater tables and chairs. No one is on top of each other in order to be under cover. Very nice.

Do not waste your time & money
No it’s not water resistant, sturdy, nor fabric. It’s the cheapest tent material ever seen. The frame super weak and almost bendable aluminum, the Velcro rips off the moment you want to secure the tarp part to frame. We waiting for a shipping label to get refund back, sending back one hour after receiving it.

was very great once i got it up really served it's purpose, though there was a broken rod. difficult refolding afterwards as a result of that broken rod. not sure if i will be able to even use it again

Worked well for the party we needed it for
Easy to setup with help. This is not a one person setup. Material is pretty thin so time will tell if it will last. We strung lights inside but during the day the windows let in a lot of light. This is heavy so wheels on the bag would be a nice touch to make moving the package around easier.

durability
this product was terrible! there was a slight wind at my event and the center braces snapped! i have tried to contact customer support and no one will respond back. i am very disappointed in this item!

For sunny weather only.
First night we put up our canopy it rained very little. (.01" in an hour) The canopy had 2 or 3 places dripping water. Then the wind picked up to about 15 mph and 1 of the windows ripped. It is a great canopy as long as it is a nice sunny day.

Does not come with a roller type tent case.
Extremely hard to move without wheels on the tent case. Size is as advertised. Arrived with a cigarette size hole in one canopy and a little tear in the other. Not a deal breaker for the money. Used on very calm day and worked wonderful. Good deal for the money.
