Bed wedge is of good quality -- firm. Grippy bottom not as grippy on silk/satin sheets; works fine on cotton percale & flannel. Reasons bought: my BPPV; his snoring. Surprises: I fell asleep almost immediately; typically takes forever! Why unable to use for original intended purposes: Both of us jolted awake when head fell off -- UGH! Would need body pillows on either side to prevent that from ever happening, but our bed's not large enough to accomodate. .Me: I'm a side sleeper w/ endless nighttime mvmt (not the best candidate.) Him: definitely less snoring, but he felt less rested??? Found alternate use for the 12" wedge: atop Yoga Mat to watch TV! Supported head, body supine w lower back balanced on a soft gaiam yoga block to engage my core. Hamstring stretches then done w/ pilates ring or yoga strap, all while watching TV! Supported upper body, I can also do side-lying pilates hip series (e.g. clamshell)!!! -- R side while watching TV, L side during commercials. I'm OCD about preventing sweat from wedge's foam -- even tho' there's an included washable quilted poly cover -- so I will always use with an add'l towel atop. [Secondary 10" Wedge wasn't high enough to comfortably view TV,]

This is just what I was looking for. I find I sleep better with my head elevated somewhat. This pillow offers the option of sleeping nearly upright or laying just slightly elevated. Either position is very comfortable. I had been somewhat concerned that the size would be smaller than I wanted, but it's plenty big enough for me (I'm 6' tall). It would also work well if your goal is to elevate your feet at night.The instruction sheet said to allow 48 hours to fully expand, but mine did so in just three hours. They also warned of a slight order that would be gone in 48-72 hours, but I noticed no odor whatsoever. The cover has a zipper to allow for washing. When used in the horizontal position, it, features two handy pockets on the side. One is perfect for a cell phone and the other can hold my glasses. Nice touch.If you're looking for a pillow that can offer you a choice of positions without the hassle of trying to stack and position regular pillows, give this a try.

Overall a good wedge pillow. The material is very firm which can provide support to your back. But the size is a little bit too big. I wish there could be smaller size.

I have sinus problems and they are helped when I elevate my head at night to sleep better, and longer with out being woken up. Usually I will stack a few pillows to get me in a ramped position. Problem is during the night I end up either sliding off, pushing the pillows around waking up with a neck or back ache, shoulder pain etc.. with the wedge i just put my pillow at the top, and I get great elevation. The wedge does not move around and since it is made of closed cell foam my shoulder pain is greatly reduced. It also form fits so even if I sleep on my sides I am supported. If you don't use a pillow with it, I suggest you try a tiny throw pillow to support your neck. If your a back sleeper the wedge is awesome, it doesn't slide around, your head and shoulders are supported, and it is really comfortable. It gives you good elevation, and since it is a single pillow device it is so easy to use, again no waking up to pillows all over the place. I have only had it a short time but it seems to be a quality build with a case that seems to have good stiching, and is removable for washing. For $30 for the 7.5" version it is one of the more affordable options. It does what I need it to do: elevate my head, and not move all over the place thru the night, and easy to just stand it up behind my pillow when it is time to make the bed. I would say pretty simple to use, and it is again very comfortable.

Very firm pillow prevents head sinkage. Easy to use: open up, wait 48 hours for pillow to expand, ready to use. Great height, no need to prop up pillow with additional pillows. So far, no issues with flatness. Great value for money, highly recommend.

This wedge has an odor that lasts. It’s very firm and I find it hard to sleep on.

This relived some of the pain in certain positions and was easy to use while watching tv. It change shape within 48 hours to the correct shape. There is a smell however it’s not terrible. Less pain for sure while doing many things. You can use it anywhere. I don’t use for sleeping but it would probably would allow some good quality sleeping for the day or night. I highly recommend this product.

Bought this wedge pillow to use after my knee replacement. It is very comfortable. Soft, but firm. Feels like memory foam. Works great to keep my legs elevated to help with swelling and pain control. The only suggestion I have for the way it's made is if it had handles on both sides of the thinner sides it would make it so easy to pull it up underneath my thighs.
