Poor quality, no warranty
Nice functional design. Poor engineering and durability/quality control.The spoonula fails at the intersection of the head and handle, in-spite having a full “tang” design. The handle is machined down where it intersects with the head. This causes early failure. Customer service confirmed there is no warranty support for these “accessories”.For an accessory at this price point, I would expect outstanding warranty support. For this quality, I would expect to pay less than $10.

Definitely not worth the money
I have had two of these expensive Blendtec spatulas and they both broke within 4 months....I love my Blendtec blender and 2 different sized jars, but the spatula is a waste of money.
