This machine is not worth the money
We purchase this about a month ago and it has worked probably 5 times.The conveyor doesn't grab and keep letters in place, and it is SO LOUD! It sounds like it is going to die or blow up. It jams fairly often because it cant clear the part it cuts off when it bunches at the blade - my assumption is that the blade is not sharp enough. These aren't large or thick letters, either. Std sz 10 or 11 with 1-3 pages in them. I can maybe stack 3 and have it work well enough, but the noise alone is so obnoxious!

It didn't work as expected...
The letter opener was incredibly noisy (needed ear protection) and did not work as expected. It's just as easy to use a hand held letter opener.
