Absolutely love! I had surgery on my 3rd metatarsal from it collapsing, and these allow me to walk for exercise with comfort. You get 3 pair and with high impact hourly walks every morning, one pair lasted a month before I had to change them out. Love and will keep ordering them as needed!!!

They work, they’re cheap
As a cyclist, I’ve recently developed what’s called “hot foot”, a burning sort of between my toes, & a feeling like I just kicked a brick wall with my bare feet is how I guess I’d describe it. It only seemed to happpen on longer rides, closer to 2 hours. Did some research & metatarsal inserts seemed to be the recommended solution. So I bought these & they seemed to solve my problem! The only thing I don’t like about them is that they don’e seem to like to stay in the same position in my shoes when I remove the shoes, so I’ve got to remove the line, & re-place the cushion onto the shoe lines, then reinsert the liner into the shoe. I mountain bike mostly, as such & get dirt in my shoes. These are silicone & attract dirt. When the get dirty, they really struggle staying in position. But when they’re dirty just remove them & rinse them with water to remove the dirt, dab dry & reuse.It was a bit of a struggle to get them initially into the correct position, so once you do, I outlined mine with a Sharpie pen to get them quickly back into the correct position.If they stayed position for long periods of time, I’d give ‘em 5 stars.

it made my feet blister the first time. I dont think that is supposed to happen with these but with the friction between skin and rubber, I think it caused my feet to bubble
