I love love this thing . It’s stretchy and fits perfect and feels comfortable while it’s on so you don’t feel restricted during a workout . We can’t target fat areas but it absolutely does help with water weight . I use to use cling wrap before this. Game changer for sure .

This is a very good product. It sticks to your skin but is not uncomfortable. You will definitely sweat alot in this area.

I have only worn it about 7x , i always forget to put it on when I go to gym. When I do wear it and take it off I am full of sweat. Only downsize it a starting to unravel.

I got this to help steady my flab while running, as my previous belt had deteriorated. Since the other had velcro that had worn out, I liked the idea that this was just elastic without velcro closure. Bad idea. This belt constantly rolled out of place as I moved, requiring me to stop at least every mile to fix it back into place. And since I was sweaty, it left my wet skin exposed to the cold which was no fun. After 5 miles, I gave up and just took it off because I was so annoyed. The next run, I put my old belt over top of it, hoping to keep it in place. That did not work either, as it just rolled under the other belt. I can't speak for how effective it might be for someone who doesn't have a belly like I do, but if you are looking for something to go over a belly bump, don't expect it to stay there.
