Broken
The pickup did not work at all. To send it back it would cost more to ship than the cost of the item. The company told me to keep it and they would refund me 10%. That would have been $1.29 refund on an item that didn't work. Then they asked me to send a video of the pickup, which I did. They said they would refund me 50 %. Which is $6.50. I accepted the refund because I am not arguing over a $12.99 item. I just thought they would send me an item that worked. I will not deal with this company again. On a positive note, the item originally arrived sooner that stated and the refund was quick.
