To buy a similar bracelet from the websites that specialise in medical jewellery is around £30-£40.For £12.99 with free engraving I wasn’t sure what to expect in the way of quality. I was very pleasantly surprised. Really well made and sturdy, the engraving is very clear too.The postage was very quick considering that it had to be engraved and posted overseas.I have had similar items from the specialist retailers in the past but this is by far the best medical bracelet I have owned.Very happy thank you

This is exactly as advertised. It came with all my engraving on correct and the bracelet matches my watch strap so it makes it look like a matching jewellery set aswell. Well worth the money

I have just had a pacemaker fitted and started to take bloodthinning medication, so wanted a Medical Alert bracelet to wear. I swim every day so needed something that doesn't mind getting wet. This was a good deal cheaper than lots on the market, but has space for a lot of info both on the outside and inside, in a legible font and size. As I ordered it just before Christmas I thought it would take a while before it was engraved and sent, but it arrived before the end of December.Only criticism is that I needed to adjust the length and found the instructions too tiny to read so spent a while fiddling round with the clasp until I got it right.

Very elegant and easy to wear

The band is super comfy to wear and would fit up to quite large wrists as there are many notches on the band.The medical alert part is clear to read and very well made.I am very happy with this product and would recommend it!

Catch would not stay fastened. Unwearable. Probably just bad luck that I got a bracelet that is unusable. Sad, because I like the design and quality.

Reasonable quality but there are better quality products online in this price range. Weeks before it arrived so if you need one in a hurry ie a few days, look elsewhere. If you are happy to wait, product is okay, details are accurate but found the bracelet itself hard to adjust for size of wrist.

This bracelet is going to be a lifesaver because of the disease I have. I got the pink gold one. Gorgeous. I do have trouble keeping the clasp closed. But it’s comfortable. You must measure your wrist. And they send a tiny screwdriver in case you need to make smaller. I actually ordered another with part on front and part on back.

It did not adjust. The latch wouldn’t snap on!

I actually really like this medic alert bracelet. It looks great and the band actually matches one of my watches. I do have some misgivings though. First is that the bracelet is super polished but that means that it scratches easily. Mine has multiple scratches on it already. But my main issue with it is the clasp. The clasp comes loose quit often. Where the clasp attaches to the bracelet it will come loose. This is the part that makes it adjustable but it just doesn't hold it well. My watch, which uses the same type of clasp doesn't have this issue and has never come loose.
