I Recently discovered via medical sleep study that I stop breathing 40 times per hour due to my snoring. It’s so loud I wake myself up and even sleep separately from wife for last 1.5 years most nights, keeping door closed in my own room. No alcohol and not really overweight. Been tracking sleep with AutoSleep app on Apple Watch 4 years now. Sleep has improved a bit since I stopped drinking bc alcohol makes you more like passing-out type effect than sleeping. I still have a few periods of snoring here and there but no one complains, certainly not me. I have a small imperfection in bottom row of teeth that was feeling sore a bit because the device is non-custom but that’s in the morning and I wonder if the teeth won’t get a bit pushed forward eventually. You can sleep mouth open or closed with this device and get benefit either way. Buy this now for yourself and anyone you know who snores. Non-returnable but who would?Ps: I don’t usually lose time writing reviews, but this I have to share and I am up at 6 enjoying coffee anyways!

Don't buy!! They don’t work! They are too uncomfortable sms don’t stay in place! What a rip off! I thought buying in Amazon they would return but they do not. $70 down the tubes.

This might work great for some people, but my teeth moved too easily and after just a few nights my top and bottom teeth were hitting. It was easy to use, light and fairly comfortable. Not bulky at all. However, because it's not a "boil and bite" style that conforms to your teeth, it pushed back on just the front teeth in the top and lower jaw in order to move the lower jaw forward. It did a good job at that, but the pressure on my teeth was very painful by morning, and my teeth moved too much.

It worked! My wife said she doesn’t hear me snoring. Mt teeth are a little sore in the morning and it was difficult to get used to it before bed, but the results are worth that initial discomfort.

I use this every night and it works wonders for my snoring. I haven’t snoring at all since then. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is a bit uncomfortable. If you’ve ever worn a nighttime retainer to bed then this is no biggie. But for people who’ve never worn one I can see it being incredibly uncomfortable.

I bought this to try to avoid the use of a CPAP machine. My snoring was actually worse with the mouthpiece than without. What's worse, by morning time my teeth were sore and stayed that way for hours after removal. Even if it worked well, what you get is extremely underwhelming for the price. This could cost half as much and I'd still feel like I was getting fleeced.After this experience, I'm pretty sure I'd actually prefer the CPAP mask. I wish I didn't open the thing so I could get my money back.

For me personally, there was no tooth or jaw pain after use. My problem was that my wife took a video of me for testing purposes and I could still hear myself snoring like crazy. As hard as times are these days I for one can say this company is ripping people off…70$ for some plastic and a bottle of foam that neither one works

Wow, what an amazing device. It took me a few days to get used to it, but I’m sleeping so much better each night and so is my wife.My only complaint is that at some point while sleeping I managed to get the top behind my teeth and now I’ve got a big dent in the top part. I’m not too concerned about it since I’ve pre-ordered a Z advanced, but having to go a couple weeks with the top poking into my gums is a little less than desirable.
