I would recommend to get a size down

I like the idea that it has a vest and belt that will hold up and stays on the right places of my body. It helps on hiding the belly and gives shape on my waist. I feel that it will help me to lose weight and it’s a good fit where i can move around freely.

Unfortunately it was way too big even tough i measured my size. But i liked the texture and quality. I had to send it back but the refund process was easy

I bought this expanded vest bc it helps me with my posture and keep my belly tight all the time. I use every day when I go for a walk or for my daily activities. This is 3rd one that I bought. I definitely recommend

It looked comfortable and of good quality fabric, however I am UK size 8 and got a M as advised, which even on its smallest settings did not hold my waist in at all.I'm going to send back and get a S and keep you updated!
