The computer it self works great. My son loves it. The issues is the CD door was broken when it arrived and the wifi card did not work well. We have already replaced the wifi card are selves while we were waiting for a response from the Shinobee. I asked for replacement parts to be sent. My husband and son both work in IT but they would not send the parts. The response was just send it back. My son has set the computer up with all of his software, files and games. He is also a full time student and classes start on the Jan 16th. I will pay to fix the computer myself now. UGH!!! I first contacted Amazon and they said contact the manufacture and the manufacture said to contact Amazon. Run around!! The computer seems to work fine so we have no other choice but to pay for the repair ourselves. If you are looking for a computer think twice about Shinobee.

I purchased the AMD 8 core gaming system with 2TB HDD and 16 GB of RAM. When the system arrived the packaging was what to be expected. Everything was packaged well with no broken parts, etc. I inspected the inside for specifications on the motherboard, CPU, memory and the video card. Everything was as expected. I proceeded to start up the system and examined the windows OS for what was in it and everything was as expected. I was rather impressed. The only issue I had with the systems was that the license for windows 10 was not present on the box (on a sticker) and most likely was some volume license that was shared across who knows how many systems. However, I bought these as an upgrade to my older system that already had a license for windows 7 and MS offered the upgrade to 10 for free. So I simply wiped the OS and rebuilt 7 and then upgraded to 10...most likely didn't need to do this as I could have entered my win7 license and moved on. However, I personally felt better wiping everything and starting over with a fresh build of my configuration and it worked well for me.Playing games...well I have thrown quite a bit at it from Origin Battle Front (latest edition not the older versions), overwatch and CPU intensive games that were barely even noticeable in slowing these machines down. The system are also remarkable cool even when running intense programs they hold their temps well.Over all I am super impressed at the performance at the low low price I paid for them.Keep up the good work Shinobee!!!!!

Very very noisy!! Seems like im working on a computer that jusy came out first time.Graphics ok but super noisy annoying not sure if its the hard drive or not. Will probably return it and go somewhere else. Too bad was looking forward to it.

Came broken with several dents and pieces that were loose inside & outside. Returned right away. My son was so disappointed as this was his Christmas present.

Does not connect to the internet. Claims it has WiFi but the USB port lan is not even strong enough to pick up the signal. Very cheap move. Once it was hooked up to Ethernet cable computer is great for game. Don’t depend on the WiFi

I love the computer. 2 HDMI ports, 5 USB ports, 2 audio ports on the front. I love the graphics cards and the processor, my only complaint however is that when starting up, it will remain noisy for about 5-10 minutes before quieting down, but other than that, it is one hell of a bargain.

The computer is very good, I really did not think it would work with so many games, until now there has not been a game that can not play with good graphics settings. No computer is perfect however expensive it is and this is not the exception, but even so it is better than all the computers you will find in Amazon at this cost.

Great Desktop for gaming -- Civ 5 doesn't lag anymore! Didn't have any problems with setup and has been working very well for several months so far. Very happy with purchase.
