Good little robot, not so smart
This is a good system and does a good job. I want to start this by saying that. Setup was simple, the app works well. Suction is good, trap size is significant that you can empty it after each cleaning cycle, don't have to interrupt it during a cleaning to empty it (unless your place is a total mess). The mop function works well too, I make a mixture of pine sol and water and put it in a bottle under the sink and use that to fill this for mopping. Now for the negative part. It keeps getting stuck in exactly the same places. Some I was able to "block off" but other times it gets stuck in places I can't block off, like three floor registers. If it rides up the register in the "right" way, it will get stuck on the register's "open/close" lever. It also rides up the kitchen chair bar (my chairs have s-shape supports and it gets stuck on the bottom bars). It is also for floors, not carpet. I have to pull up my bath mat before this starts or it will get stuck on the mat. It has also grabbed my shoe laces and gotten stuck there by my shoes. While all of these things are expected, what is not expected is that the mapping program can't remember where it got stuck last time and not go there. I have pulled it off the floor register and hit the button to continue and watched it go right back onto the register and get stuck again. Watched this process 4x before I pushed it across the room away from the register and hit the continue button. When it runs when I am not at home my question every time I walk in is "where did this dumb robot get stuck this time".Maybe someday there will be a software update for this and I will change this to 5 stars.

Skeptical at first, but love it now!
I honestly was about to return this thing after it’s first run through our house because it was absolutely obsessed with getting stuck underneath our dining room table among other furniture and would start beeping until I came to its rescue. But, when I went to empty the bin, I was astonished to see just how much hair, dust, and other stuff it had sucked up! Mind you, this was just after I had vacuumed our entire downstairs with a Dyson V10.Now “Steve”, as I affectionately like to call him, gets set on Auto mode once to twice a day and manages to stumble his way over any obstacles in his path. I honestly can say I adore this little thing. As someone who has a German shepherd, I bought it to try to help me keep up with the hair she sheds on a daily basis….there is so. Much. Hair. And Steve does that and much more!I cannot attest to the mopping function as I have not tried that out yet, but Steve has definitely been worth paying for when it comes to the vacuum function.Hope he can survive and stumble around our downstairs for years to come! :)

Pretty good
So overall, I’m pretty pleased with how it cleans up my tiles and hardwood floors. Not pleased with rugs, it doesn’t pick up much. We have no carpet so no big deal for us, but we have 3 rugs in rooms and I don’t feel like it cleans up well.I do like that it runs for a good 2+ hours and can easily be scheduled on the app. It doesn’t take long to charge either. It does get stuck very easily and can’t figure a way out itself. I have a very small incline from my front entry way to the living room and it will get stuck unless it goes at a slant instead of head on. It can’t back itself up off the incline. But overall, I’m happy enough with it.

Decent robot vacuum
Basic robot vacuum, does the job. I find that the compartment is small and we are constantly stopping it to dump it out. I bought this on sale for $170 and it was listed for $800. I would have not been so happy had paid 800 dollars for this robot. It is very basic, it does not have the option to map out the room to avoid objects. It's only options are random and edge clean. We keep it on random but find that it can get stuck in the living room for a while and not get other parts of the house as well as I would like it to. It does a good job on our hardwood floors and going over the rugs with ease. Mopping isnt the best, it basically drags a snail trail of water and drags it on the rugs. It is a good option for a small house (ours is 1200 Sq ft) or a small apartment

Good for The Price
I have had this for about a week and so far I am happy with it. The mop function is nice with my mostly hardwood floors. The app is easy to use. When you have the suction level on "gentle" you barely even know it's running. My last robot vacuum came with little strips that you could put down to block it off from going to certain areas. This one doesn't come with anything like that ( and my old strips didnt work unfortunately!). So you have to be a bit more careful with the device when its running, and help it out a lot more. I have to remember to close the doors to certain rooms in my house before I start this up.

Excellent time saving purchase
I use this baby for the main floor of my house which is 1200 sq f of hard floors and it does an amazing job on all the dog hair from 2 shedding animals as well as teen daughters who drop hairs everywhere they walk, not to mention crumbs and dander from them/us all. I moved my cheaper bot to the top floor where it handles common areas and the girls bedrooms. I could not be happier with the time savings as I was spending 1-2 hrs a day vacuuming or sweeping; but now I just do a deep mop with cleaners a few times a week and I’m done with floors!

Nice handy device for cleaning!!!!
Using this product for about a month now and I am quite satisfied with the performance so far. Have been using this vacuum cleaner almost everyday esp. in high traffic areas of home and result is there for all to see. As a good practice, I clean up the debris collection box at the end of each cycle. My home is a mix of hard flooring and carpet (not a thick one though) - the vacuum does keep on transitioning between the 2 surfaces nicely. To make life easier for the vacuum, i do keep movable furniture like chairs, center table , etc. to one side so that the vacuum has a free run and have noticed that the 'cleaning quality' is much better this way. Haven't used the MOP function so far so can't comment on that but overall happy with the purchase. Hopefully, the vacuum will continue to function in the same manner in future as well.
