Bad quality and came damaged
First of all, I was expecting this balloon to come inflated for the price that I paid for it. Unfortunately the company I bought a similar balloon from are closed at the moment but the balloon I bought from them was bigger, much better quality and came inflated for cheaper the price.This ballon is very bad quality. I had to search high and low for a place that would inflate it for me, and when I finally did find a place, they told me the valve was damaged so it will not stay inflated for very long. So I've had to tape the bottom and hoping for the best!!Would definitely not recommend this for the price I paid!!

Quality control not quite there.
Images looked great, but when trying to inflate it the helium leaked out from the seams and couldn’t inflate it fully.Within minutes most leaked out, leaving the poor face looking very deflated...I’ve contacted the seller and waiting a reply 14/02/21 unfortunately it’s the girlfriends birthday tomorrow :-(

very fast delivery and great product
very fast and easy to order. writing on the sample was straight, but arrived following the curve of the balloon which was a actually much better!!! can't load pic as it's a suprise

Don’t order with PSL Digital
I ordered a personalised balloon over a week ago, it was dispatched on a Monday and was due to be here on a Thursday as I needed it for the Saturday it’s now Friday and isn’t here I rang up and they don’t know what’s happened. Just save your time and don’t order with them as your parcel will probably get lost in the post anyway.
