Developed to efficiently transport products in closed loop shipping processes between manufacturers and assembly lines, eliminating thee need for disposable packaging. Highest efficiency is achieved when used in conjunction with custom made dunnage for maximum protection of transported goods.Sized to fit a standard 48" x 45" pallet, they make optimal use of 102" O.D. wide trailers. Transtac is one of the best means of transportation between an assembler and its suppliers.AF Containers also come in a variety of versions: ventilated bottoms, ventilated sidewalls, reinforced bottoms and with detached lids.

Container seems good but dimensions are not quite as stated.
The container looks good, and feels solid. I am using it as a battery case -- primarily to capture leaked electrolyte in case of battery failure. I'm pretty sure this exceeds its weight rating, but since it is on a solid surface (and I have no intention of picking it up with the batteries in it) I am not worried about that. The walls do not go straight into the bottom or into each other; there is an arc between them. It's not bad, and thankfully is not enough to upset my plans (10 12V 34AH batteries for a UPS), but it could be if you had less slack than I have (my use is very close). I'd say the radius about 0.33 inches. The dimensions are approximate -- my container is 23.5 * 22 * 7.375 inches outside, and is almost 22 * 20.5 * 6.5 inches inside (inside height assumes you want to stack containers; my application does not stack them so there is more leeway vertically (the batteries' tops are almost flush with the container top).I was hoping to have a little more space around the batteries so I could more easily use forced airflow to keep the battery bank cool, but I can make due with the limited space I have.

Sturdy
Sturdy and just what I was hoping for. I measured my space and this sits a little higher inside than I hoped but I'm still very happy with it. It's loaded with bottles of alcohol so I'm very happy with it!
