My co-worker's mood was "off," and I asked him if he was ok. He said he'd missed a couple of days of this product and could feel that he was down. He told me about this product specifically taking away his depression. I bought it that day because I've taken rx's that had too many side effects so to me, no help for depression; the side effects were depressing alone. It's been a little over a year and I don't miss a day without taking it. I noticed a few months after taking it I wasn't crying all the time for no apparent reason. My mood was stable. That is a first in 40 years. Thank you for this product. Thank you to no end.I want to add one more thing. I can only believe this is related because my experience coincides with starting to take it. I would have terrible stomach aches after eating and I don't anymore. I noticed that too a couple months in. I was very aware I wasn't in pain anymore after eating. I just don't think this is coincidence, I think it's because of this product.

I had never taken Sam-e until a few months ago when my psychiatrist suggested this brand in particular due to a bout of depression I was going through. I hadn’t had trouble with it for a while, and didn’t want to get back on antidepressants, but was getting desperate. I am so relieved and thrilled to say that it has done wonders and I’m back to my normal self. I’m not sure if a different brand would work as well, but I trust my doctor and am not going to risk trying anything else since this has had such a profound effect. Highly recommended.

Take 2 the next day spaced apart after understanding how the 1st pill made your body/mind feel, then take the 2nd; etc.I had slight mania when I 1st started taking these. My limit is around 8 of these over the course of the day. Less if I'm drinking methionine in powder form too; 1/2 tsp in 10 oz of water over the day, siped with the pills. You can take methionine pills for twice the price and avoid the nasty methionine taste.So it turns out SAM-e does not cross the CNS barrier but methionine does, so supplemental methionine will be needed. I take the SAM-e and the CNS effect is more pronounced with methionine alone. FYI, sulfur amino acids, methionine and cysteine, RDI is 15 mg/kg/dayThis is the most bioavailable form which is why I start with these 1st thing in the morning, right when I wake up.SAM-e has a 2-5 hr half life and it tends to be stimulating so you might want to stop 5 hrs before bedtime.I have the less bioavailable version too and I'm working through that supply and use that later once my blood levels are up.I had pernicious anemia so I had very poor lipid metabolism and massive cholesterol deposition and high blood pressure and arthritis/tendonitis. I was hypomethylated, under methylation. These are making me less of a brick each day but the process is super taxing and I'm spent most of the day. I'm trying to tear yhe bandaid off so you might want to go at your own pace and slower dosing.Take a B vitamin supplement with these, I like sublingual folate and B12, the others in a B complex.🖖

Titanium dioxide is banned in other countries. This product is one of the few without it. Very high quality.

I took these for quite awhile with little effect. Changed to NOW capsule SAM-e and they worked much better. I think capsules just work better. Wish I could return what I have left of these.

My wife has had problems w depression and anxiety for years. A couple of years ago she had heard of this from her Dr. We weighed the expense and thought she should try it. Like I said, it’s been a couple years now. What a difference in her life!! She feels SO MUCH BETTER on these. She takes 2 in the am and 2 around 3pm and it also helps her so much in the day, that she sleeps better at night. I would highly recommend this to anyone w depression and/or anxiety. Don’t keep paying for pills the rest of your life when a natural product like this can be so much better for you. But, do discuss it w your Dr. prior to taking it, for your own good. Within a few weeks we noticed a large change in her d and a. It may not be the exact treatment for you, but again, check w your Dr. What do you have to lose?

I like that this is all natural, no side effects, and works for depression, better than any script and without the side effects. So glad I found this product

I’ve taken other brands of Sam E daily for the past 20 years , this brand is the type of Sam E that is used in Europe as a natural anti depressant. It seems to work better for me than other forms of Sam E
