Unusable- Freezes constantly
I may have received a defective product , but I am not willing to risk trying another box.I currently have a S905x box on Marshmallow, and wanted to upgrade to an S912 processor on Nougat. Hardware-wise this box checked all my requirements including more RAM and ROM. The box comes with a remote/airmouse, a power cord/power adapter, and HDMI cable. When I first set it up, it was working OK. Within 5 minutes, I plugged in my own wireless airmouse, because the one that came with the box was not very good. The box wouldn't recognize my airmouse. Then soon after, the system froze and wouldn't respond to it's own remote. I had to push the reset button to reboot. On reboot, the box was then able to recognize my airmouse. I was able to connect the box to my wifi network and set up my Google Play account. Downloading apps was very slow, despite having fast internet and being connected to the 5 GHz signal. It does have a variation of Kodi, and there were add-ons like Exodus present. I tried it out for few minutes and it seemed to work fine. The Netflix app on the device worked fine. YouTube streamed at 1080p. I thought all was well and went to bed. The next day, after I got home from work, I turned on the TV/TV box. Within 10 minutes of use, the system froze. I rebooted. It worked for a few minutes, then it froze again and the onscreen image became random pixels. I thought that perhaps the box was overheated, since it felt a little warm, so I unplugged the box. Several minutes later, when it was cooler, I restarted the box. It worked for a few minutes before it froze again. Within a course of 30 minutes I had to restart it at least 6 times. At this point, I decided to return the item, but needed to get it working long enough to remove my account and do a factory reset. I didn't want to return the box with all my data on it. It took about 4 more restarts, and some prayers that it wouldn't completely die before I was done, before I could remove all my data and do the factory reset. This box is not worth the price of almost $100. A Mibox for $70 would have been better. My cheap $40 S905x box still works without issue, so I will stick with that one for now. I regret the time and money spent on this box and will be returning it for a refund.Note: When I ran Malwarebytes for Android on this box, it listed the Updates app as a trojan. There is also a system app on there titled in Chinese characters. I'm not sure what it does, but I would be concerned about spyware.

Waste of money
The box worked great for about a month. After that, the box started to overheat and wouldn't come on. The box receives no updates and no communication from the seller.
