FUSAR's Handlebar Remote Control allows user's to interact with the FUSAR app or their favorite action sports hardware without ever having to take their hands off their handlebars. This device allows riders to have Push-To-Talk capabilities with any other Bluetooth headset, no matter the brand (requires other user to also own a handlebar remote control).

Only compatible with FUSAR app. Does not control stock apps or music. Pushing buttons will stop all audio from other apps.
I was one of the first few to back Fusar on Kickstarter. This was a very promising product, but fell very short of my expectations.1. The ear-pieces are oval shaped, which don't fit round ear holes in my Shoei Qwest helmet, or a friend's Bilt brand helmet. I rode with these on a 3 hour trip, and had to take them out halfway because my ears got very sore. The velcro also peeled off when I removed the headset.2. The controls on the headset and handlebar mount are confusing. It has plus and minus buttons on the microphone that control everything, including volume, power, etc. The volume controls only control the headset volume, not the actual phone volume. None of the controls actually send commands to the phone's stock apps. It only works in the FUSAR app.3. Both the handlebar mount and headset were built to work only with the FUSAR app. This does not work with anything else, other than playing audio from the phone. No controls. If you press any button on the handlebar mount, the sound will stop and you cannot turn it back on unless you go to the phone. If you are using this as only a comm, it should be fine, but only if you're talking to someone else with the same headset and app. This is not compatible with anything else. It will only play audio from other apps, with no controls.I love my Scala headsets. For the same price, you can have a much better headset that doesn't require a special app to work.
