Great Suitcase
I have several of these bags in different size or for other family members. Have used the carryon size to travel all over the world multiple times, dragged across cobbles, carpet, stairs, running to the train, in the rain, etc. I pack it super full at expanded zipper size and then usually force that zipper closed. Have carried bottles of wine, shells, all kinds of stuff and no breakage. At least 10 international trips with dozens of shorter flights and train rides. It is a little scuffed up now and I have some tears on the interior zippers which is not surprise considering how hard I push them. Always want to be one of those people with a Rimowa or other cool bag but just can't see why I would switch, this bag has been amazing, very durable, rolls very well, is light, fits a ton of stuff, looks fine and is reasonably priced. Usually fine in the overhead except on smaller planes.

Attractive, durable, functional and reasonably priced!
I just bought this for the second time. My older one has been on a lot of international journeys. It's a little scuffed up, the corner got dented on my last trip, and the lock was snipped somewhere by airport security, so I decided to replace it. However, all the mechanisms (handle, wheels, zippers) are still working perfectly. I'm keeping it as a backup.Besides being good quality for the money, I appreciate the silky smooth and durable spinner wheels, the reliable telescoping handle, and particularly the expandability. I try to travel light enough that I don't have to release the expansion zipper, but when there's an exception or I'm coming home with more than I left with, it's really a lifesaver. You can fit a lot more into the expanded case.On top of everything, I like the color options and the overall aesthetics. It pleases me to be seen with it, and in almost all cases it's distinctive enough to be easily spotted on the conveyor belt. There was only one instance in years where I encountered the identical case on the same flight. Never a good idea to get complacent about that possibility!

A LOT more space inside than you would think.
I am comparing the Delsey 21" carry on to a soft side Travelpro Maxlite 5 21" spinner. The Travelpro has served me well and shows very little wear with all of the flights it has been on. The Travelpro has been checked a few times but the intent of carry on luggage is to carry it on the airplane with me.The Travelpro is significantly less weight than the Delsey but, that is to be expected with hard vs soft luggage. The Delsey is not prohibitively heavy.External physical size: The Delsey is very slightly wider than the Travelpro but the side handle of the Travelpro makes this a wash. Height wise they are very close to each other. Width, also very close. The Delsey is more square while the Travelpro is tapered at the top.Internal size: Here is where the Delsey shines. I don't know how they do it but the internal space of the Delsey is far superior to the Travelpro. I can easily fit a week of clothing plus toiletries in the Delsey with room to spare and it's not expanded. The same items in the Travelpro and it is full but also not expanded. For reference I packed the following into each suitcase for a 2 week trip with a laundry day. Sizes are mens XL for reference.6 pair of light weight outdoor hiking/travel pants.7 under armor tech t-shirts.7 pair of underwear.7 pair of socks.4 long sleeve Under Armor tech shirts.1 pair of light weight jogging type pants.1 pair of running shorts and t-shirt.Toiletries for a week (I don't pack light here).Liquids and gels bag (also do not pack light here - FULL quart'ish size travel bag). The Travelpro was full with about a 6x6x3" space to fit any extras I purchased on the trip. The Delsey was less than full with nothing "stuffed" to fit; I could certainly fit more items on top of what was packed. Additionally, I had the entire width and depth of one side about 4" wide that was empty space.Side by side the Delsey does have the appearance of being bigger than the Travelpro. In use and wheeling onto an airplane, it will not get a second look.Stability when fully packed seems to be a wash. I've never had an issue with the Travelpro wanting to tip over.Rolling on smooth surfaces through an airport is a wash. Both seem to roll and track well. They are equally easy to tip onto 2 wheels instead of 4 for uneven surfaces or when you have to walk/run to a gate.Handle stability, nod to the Travelpro. The Travelpro has very slightly less wiggle and operates more smoothly than the Delsey. Handles are always a pet peeve for me and the Delsey does not give me joy to expand the handle. We will see long term how much this annoys me. So far the space in the bag has offset this minor annoyance.Durability: It's a hard side bag, it is going to show smudges and scratches. The soft side Travelpro has some stains and smudges on it from the few times it was checked. None of this bothers me, it's luggage not a going out on the town outfit. As long as the inside is clean and protected, I don't care what the outside looks like.I was so impressed with the 21" Delsey that I bought the 19" for my shorter trip carry on. The 19" Delsey holds as much or more than the 21" Travelpro.

Muy buen producto. Cumple con lo esperado de acuerdo a la descripción de la maleta
Es muy fácil de transportar, las ruedas funcionan muy bien y en general la maleta es resistente a los golpes y malos tratos que en general realizan las aerolíneas.

Beautiful Christmas gift for a travelling daughter
Top marks for both style and quality. Just beautiful. Feels like they should cost twice as much. There’s a lot to choose from with luggage and the Delsey brand really hits the mark.

Excelente maleta de viaje
Muy practica, le cabe muchísima ropa. El compartimento de computadora no evita que podamos llevar más cosas. Excelente opción.

It's survived a few trips through rough handling in the jungle and all over the world
I've had this luggage for a few years now and -being someone who takes over 20 flights per year, I needed something reliable, light weight, maneurable and sturdy.I've dragged this luggage through the mountains, dumped it carelessly on my truck and treated it in all sorts of rough ways.. and it's still going strong.A few scratches here and there but the zippers, wheels and handles don't have a single hint of damage or deterioration - which I would've expected by now given the excessive use I've given it.All I have to say is that these are great!
