The item that was left at the front door was (i) first of all delivered late (ii) broken and completely damaged. Very disappointed.

It looks very good . Easy to use. I use it on glass top stove I use diffuser and medium heat. The food cooks very fast. Be mindful that food still cooks for awhile when it's off fire because it keeps heat for longer time than other cookware.

I received the product in smithereens. Now, I have to go through the hassle of returning this item. So upsetting!

This is a great pot for beans, soups, veggies. I use it for many meals. I've never really had food stick except rice and I never wash with it with soap.Even thicker cream soups/purees work out well

Food odors get absorbed by the clay and do not dissipate with cleaning. Terrible cookware.

Customer service is great .I received slightly cracked pot ,from the fire am sure,didnt even have to send it back, just send them a picture.New pot was sent to me and its perfect.
