So soft and comfortable.
I received this in the mail today and my oh my it’s heavenly! I’ve worn a hospital gown before and hated it. I was like there has to be something better I can wear with all access points that nurses and doctors need. This gown is super soft, super flattering in comparison to the standard hospital gown, and comfortable! This will be my first labor and I am so happy knowing I will be in something I prefer rather than forced into the other gowns. I looked into this one and the Baby Be Mine but decided on this after reading some reviews. I’m SO glad I did! I love it!! I am 33 weeks pregnant and weigh about 170 pounds. I am around 5’6 in height. I ordered a medium and it fits perfect!

Comfy, cute, and functional.
This is super comfy and way more flattering than a hospital gown. I actually have several sundresses that have a similar shape to this, so I’ll feel way more myself wearing it at the hospital. LOVE that it has pockets. When people say, “I like your hospital gown”, I can’t wait to say, “Thanks, it has pockets!”Snaps in the front and down the back are perfectly placed. Ready to have this baby!

Comfy, cozy, and fits great. Everything I wanted
Updated review after owning for 2 months:Changed from 5 stars to 4 stars for durability. A thread came loose a couple days ago - a 4 foot piece of thread! An entire seam came loose. I'm hand-sewing it back up but what a pain. I'm still glad I decided to buy this gown over the other options, but I've never had something happen like this on any garment, no matter how cheaply made. Probably not be a big deal if you plan to use it only once, but it surprised me.I love everything about this gown. I got navy and the color is just beautiful. I'm 5'4 and was 120lbs pre-pregnancy, 157 lbs at 34 weeks and ordered the 6/8. It fits perfectly and I feel it is flattering for a nightgown. (Still fits at 172 lbs at 41 weeks.) The length is just what I wanted! I plan to have this during my labor but even if I don't use it I love having it as a regular nightgown. I spent a long time deciding between this and the other birthing gowns and I'm happy. I'm actually wearing it right now as pajamas because it's cozy.It came with a strong new-garment smell, but it went away after being washed. The snaps at the top (for nursing) are strong and the fabric around each snap seems a bit thin, so I'm just going to be careful not to pull too hard when undoing them. I don't want anything to rip.

Comfy for mamas and babies
I took this to the hospital with me for the birth of my first baby. I this opens nicely in the front for skin to skin contact once baby is born, and is easy access for his/her first feeding. I loved that the buttons in the back were "snaps" and so were the ones for the flap in the front. As you can see from the picture, my little one fit nicely inside my shirt for some bonding time. I found this super helpful for using at home once we were discharged too. Simply, this gown was easy to wear night/day and was super comfortable. I really loved having something that made me feel pretty, even while I was recovering from labor, and didn't feel physically amazing. I would definitely buy another one of these when we're planning our next kiddo.

These are a game changer!
I am 5"7, 190lbs at 9mo pregnant. I wore a medium. If I was 10lbs bigger, I might've wanted a large.I used this for the delivery of my second child in 2018. Induction. 36hr labor, I never took it off. What a difference!!!! Its. So. Soft. .... So. Very. Soft. But, it's thicker, and slightly elastic. And... It has pockets! *Yes, I used them.Of course, the nurses kept raving about it. Easy access for the anesthesiologist. And so, so soft.It could've been 2-3 inches longer, but that is a personal preference. I am buying them again. I am pregnant with my 3rd child now. I have learned my lesson; buy 2 or even 3. *I was so sad when I took my first shower and realized that I had to pick something else to wear in the hospital. These gowns, socks, and a going home outfit are all I'm bringing for me to wear. You should too.

I labored in this! No regrets!
I labored in this! No regrets! LOVED my choice of laboring gown. Super soft, covers everything I'd want to keep covered (belly, bum, etc) while EASILY accessing the front for breast feeding and accessing back snaps for an epidural. Also loved the color and two-toned lining inside the snaps and pockets! I wore a different laboring gown in the mother-baby unit but didn't like the robe style at all (crosses over the front and ties) as it was much harder to keep things covered. Everything was exposed at once or nothing at all. SO HAPPY I chose the Happy Mama gown in L&D!!

Horrible smell
I bought two colors, green and black. They both had a bit of a “smell”, the black one stronger so I returned it. This one, I have let air out for nearly 3 months now before finally washing today in preparation for the big day. As soon as i took it out of the machine, I noticed my eyes watering/sneezing/runny nose. I am afraid it has some sort of chemical issue causing this reaction and obviously am now scared to wear it for the birth. The return window has closed so I can’t even return it! So disappointing, what a waste of money

Love the fabric
I love how roomy and comfy this is. I love all the snaps. I ended returning for a smaller size and it’s still a little baggy but that’s the whole point to be roomy for labor if you would like to use it. It has snaps all the way to the bottom on the back and u can’t feel them and also it has snaps to breast feed or do skin to skin contact. And it’s super soft fabric !!

Happy
I find the size true to the size I always wear. It looks good for the delivery, skin to skin contact and breastfeeding without needing to be unnecessarily fully exposed. I hope my baby comes safe

Thank goodness I had this in my hospital bag!
I had planned a natural birth but, as we all know labour does not always go as planned. I bought this just in case I had to have an epidural, which I ended up needing. Was so happy as I didn't have to wear an uncomfortable hospital robe - would definitely recommend@

Best hospital item
This was so practical and comfortable for my hospital stay when my baby was born. Great for comfort and modesty but also great access for nursing and skin to skin. Highly recommend.

Could be longer
This is overall as described, however on a tap-ish person, this is very short and would have been better if it was just a little bit longer to suit a greater range of heights.

Deleyed delivery
Product arrived almost 2 weeks after estimated delivery time so bear that in mind when ordering for your delivery... Overall the dress very nice however the sizes are too big. I'm size 14 and ordered size 14-16 which is huuuge. I wish I ordered a smaller one. Good contact with the seller. Would definitely recommend.
