I bought these foam balls to be the "heads" on my tomato cage ghosts I made for Halloween. All you need is a old tomato cage, turn it upside down. Wrap white mini lights (led) all around the cage from the top to the bottom. Make cure the lighting is evenly distributed. Tie the new "top" of the cage with wire and attach one foam ball by pushing it down into the exposed ends of the cage. Cover with a white sheet or gauze, make ghost eyes from black construction paper or felt.
