They are well made and look exactly like the picture they just had that powdery gross taste which if you are using a balloon pump is fine but I wasn't so that was a yummy experience blowing all the balloons up!!

Don't stay inflated.
These were supposed to be suitable for helium, but they didn't stay inflated for more than a couple of hours! Total waste of money.
