Purchased this product on the first week of September. My decision is based on product review of the people who bought this product. 2nd day of October when i start using it and it was a WOW!...but then after two weeks of using it, i noticed every morning there is a sign of liquid soap right by my sink, since i used and place it in my kitchen sink. I keep ignoring this liquid soap, when finally saw it with my own eyes the none stop of automatically dispensing the liquid soap without anybody is using it. I decided to replace the battery, maybe i thought it may help, but still even without soap it's on and off...this product is good in design but faulty in operations... i wish i can still return this item or maybe exchange with better not a faulty one. :( All this problem has been resolved with the TOPNOTCH Communication of Aliwonder's Customer Service Team...This is the kind of seller i'm looking for, Satisfaction Guaranteed...Aliwonder your a 5 star seller!!!! :)

This product works as advertised. I find that the lowest setting (smallest amount dispensed) provides just the right amount of soap for washing normally-soiled hands. I'm using it at the sink for my garage workshop. I told my wife how convenient it is, and now we're thinking of buying 3 more for our two bathrooms and the kitchen. ..... There is a misleading instruction about putting in the batteries. There is mention of removing a screw, and there are some screws in the base, but screw removal is not necessary. You just flip open the battery door, insert the batteries, and close the door.

Only works with very watery hand soap, if you get a soap that is too thick it will not work. Looks very nice sitting on the counter, but it doesn’t work the way I wished it would work, It tends to spit out the soap

I loved them originally. They randomly dispense soap as others have said. One just dispenses it all day long randomly and then pretty frequently at night. I think any shadow it dispenses. They need better sensors, I really really wanted to love these with 3 small children.

I really liked this the first few days, but after that we have had to swipe our hand under it 5-8 times to get any soap. I don't really have time to do that when I need soap!!

I wanted to love this, but within six months the metal coil where the batteries connects falls off... So if you're happy to replace every six months it's five star!

I have another automatic soap dispenser that i have been using for more than 3 years now which is more than double the cost of this one. This one works well too. The only difference between both is the noise while dispensing. This one is lil louder. Otherwise, this is as good as as a high end soap dispenser. I hope this one lasts well too.Right after I posted the original review, the dispenser started acting up. It would randomly dispense the soap. So I turned it off and wiped it clean to make sure nothing was interfering with the sensors. But after a day this started, it stopped dispensing completely. I changed batteries and tried with no luck. Now it’s just a paper weight. Very disappointed.
