Works well
This was to replace our old BP cuff. Easy to use and seems accurate. Stored the readings for each individual.

Very convenient
In 2020 Consumer Reports rated the A&D Medical UA-767F as one of its three top-rated automatic blood pressure monitors (the other two are the Rite Aid BP3AR1-4DRITE and the Omron Evolv BP7000.) This one's in the midprice range, with a 5 year warranty, an accuracy of 3%, and it comes from a respected Japanese medical supply company. It's powered by four AA batteries that should last for 700 readings. It will store the last 60 readings for each of up to four users. And it's very convenient. Just put on the cuff and press the Start button. In a minute you're done. It just works. And it works every time, without any fuss. Here are a few helpful tips hidden in the fine-print of the manual. The date and time have to be set before readings can be saved. Double press the button with a clock icon and use the arrow buttons to set the clock. To make an immediate panic stop, press the Start/Power button. The cuff will deflate at once, and the reading will be discarded. To save a reading, press the Start/Power button when the BP reading is displayed. That saves the current reading and turns the device off.To discard the current reading instead of saving it, press either of the arrow buttons.Negative points? A saved reading cannot be erased. Data cannot be digitally downloaded to a computer or phone. For children, a separate monitor is required, not just a smaller cuff. A socket for an AC adapter is provided, but the adapter is not. The 5 year warranty applies to the electronics only; the cuff has a 2 year warranty.

Very nice, no frills monitor but I did not like the cuff
Buying a blood pressure monitor turned out to be a lot more complicated than I expected. I ended up buying three models before deciding which one was right for me. The ones I purchased were:- Omron 10 (BP786N)- Withings Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor- A&D UA-767FI initially purchased the Omron, but it had inaccurate diastolic readings, so I purchased the Withings. However although the Withings was very accurate, it had other issues, so I purchased the A&D, but it had inaccurate systolic readings and a cuff I disliked, so I returned it and decided to keep the Withings. However the Withings stopped working on the 27th day. It resumed working the next day, but I no longer trusted it, so I returned it and am using a replacement Omron 10 in its place.I tested these blood pressure monitors rigorously, being careful to use proper techniques and recording all results in a spreadsheet. I was impressed that the Withings had the most consistent and I believe accurate results. I did not have the opportunity to take it to my doctor’s office, but I tested against five other home monitors: my old Omron 3, which has been regularly validated at my doctor’s office, a LifeSource ( A&D) UA-767 at the Kaiser Permanente Education Office in San Rafael, CA, two Omron 10’s, and the A&D I returned.Compared with the Omron and Withings, this A&D BPM is basic and no-fills, but impressive. It’s also the cheapest, selling (as of February 2017) for $15 less than the Omron and $50 less than the Withings. It doesn’t pretend to have Bluetooth connectivity. It’s what I wanted originally, but after my problems with the Omron and Withings, I decided that Bluetooth for Android BPM’s is more of a hassle at present than it’s worth. Its accuracy would have been on a par with the Withings and maybe a little better if it hadn't been for a defect that caused it occasionally to report systolic readings that were at least 10 points too low. I tested it repeatedly, trying to eliminate the possibility that I was doing something incorrectly (I’ve been measuring my blood pressure every day for six years, so I have experience at it). I finally reluctantly decided to return it.Before deciding to return it, I tried contacting A&D several times about the systolic errors, but the contact form on the A&D website always crashed, giving me an SQL syntax error. Its data averaging is not as automatic as the others, but is more flexible. The Omron and Withings allow you to average three measurements. It’s totally automatic, You press the button and it does three readings. The A&D requires that you manually start each reading and to time the interval between readings yourself. However the advantage is that you can average as many readings as you want, up to 60. It averages all readings in memory, so if you want to average only the current ones, you need to delete all previous readings from memory. If you record your readings ina spreadsheet like I do, this is not a problem. One things I strongly disliked about the A&D is the cuff. The Omron and WIthings cuffs are superior. The A&D is very long andt I found more difficult to use than any of the cuffs on the two previous blood pressure monitors that I’ve owned as well as the Omron and Withings. If I ever buy the A&D, I’ll buy a medium cuff for it (approximately $20).One other thing I like about the A&D: it’s the only one of the three monitors that had all the information I needed to know contained in a single manual, which was included both in printed form with the manual and available for download. The A&D is the only one that comes with a carrying case. It seemed to be pretty decent quality.Overall the A&D impressed me. If the one I bought did not have a defect that causes random systolic reading errors, I’d have kept it and ordered a different cuff.

The best blood pressure machine
I had a Life Source by A&D for about 15 years until it honked on me. This is the closest A&D to my old machine that I could find. The cuff is good (has plenty of Velcro for different size arms, maybe a bit too much). It's dependable, accurate, has a nice case. Excellent buy!

So easy to use
I’ve tried a few different wrist, blood pressure cuffs, and they do not measure correctly. This one seems to be pretty close to the B/P that I get at the doctors!

Inaccurate reading
Had bought this in February after being instructed by my doctor to monitor my blood pressure as it was reading quite high. I researched and determined this cuff would be the best for my need. I diligently checked my blood pressure daily and all seemed fine. Come June I went back into my clinic for a recheck, again terrible high numbers. I Informed my doctor that my cuff at home was showing good numbers. They advised that I bring it into the clinic to compare, in which I did. After checking, multiple times, my cuff was off by 10 + each time.By the time I realized the cuff was not working as it should it was too late to return. If you purchase this cuff, or any other for that matter, be sure to take it into your doctors office to compare the numbers right away to assure that it is reading correct!

A&D blood pressure monitors are reliable, confidential, half the cost, & much faster delivery
After surgery, I needed to monitor my blood pressure regularly starting straight away. I compared them with the OMRON brand. There were extra features that did not seem important, I could not find the model recommended in the consumer report, the extra features seemed to be about getting ownership of my data, but worst, OMRON could deliver for weeks.I ordered the A&D model (exactly as in the consumer report, it was less than half the price, and arrived in 2 days. The A&D blood pressure machine has been working absolutely fine ever since.Negatives: you need to read the instruction very carefully and ensure you sit down, Put the sleeve on properly, don’t move, and relax. Not reading the instructions to begin with led to wrong readings initially.Positives, reliable, much lower cost, respect confidentiality, and fast delivery.

Robust Machine, Clear Reading
I bought this for my elderly father to help monitor his blood pressure. I set it up for him and left it with him to use on an ongoing basis. The displays are clear and big enough to make them user friendly for the older generation and there is a good range of functionality if you want to use it for other members of your family or friends. I'm not sure Dad will be able to cope with reviewing historical results or enabling a friend to use it too, but we'll see and this is not a reflection on the machine! I've given it 5 stars as I think it is good quality and I had confidence it would do what is required if properly used.

Good machine, works well and consistent readings. Great value for money too..
The title of my review says it all. This unit has proven to do exactly what it says on the box. It is reliable, consistent, accurate and easy to use. The feature of separate memories for up to 4 users is great but the person number indicator is too small for mum and dad.GOOD: -reliable & accurate -easy to use -good cuff size accommodating most people -compact -great value for money compared to comparable unitsNEEDED IMPROVEMENTS: -Could really benefit from a longer hose -User indicator should be bigger considering many users will tend to be older with not the greatest eyesight -Would be nice to have the power adapter as standard inclusion or even built into the unit
