Was excited to receive it and try it out. After 2 days of trying to charge it, couldn’t get it to capacity. Would begin to charge, then stop. Attempting to use it to charge another device was also an effort in futility. It is being returned.

First you need to charge this to 100% To do this first you need to plug in the wall adapter to an outlet. Then plug the usb in the the power bank usb port. This is the only way you can charge it. When you start to see the blue lights flashing in a row you’ll know it’s charging. All blue lights will then stop flashing once the unit is fully charged. I just used this product today! I jumped my 2014 Nissan Versa. The battery has been dead for a few months. I didn’t purchase this from Amazon. Read the instruction manual seriously. This is something you will not want to throw away. Do not let the unit get hot in your vehicle before use. It will not work if you kept this in your vehicle during the cold below freezing winter or hot summer 104 plus temperatures. 4.5 stars from me. Should’ve had an LED screen on this unit.

Since I've had it I've already had to use it probably a half a dozen times. Between my kids my neighbor and my wife's car this jumper has worked like a champ. I just always keep it charging in the garage then I take it with me on long trips the charge last a good amount of time between charges and it holds a charge I guess is what I meant to say if you're not using it, for quite some time actually. I try to get it back on the charger right after a jump and within an hour maybe a little longer it's charged full again. This jumper is one anybody who has a vehicle should look into getting because you never know when you're going to need a jump and this is so small and handy that you can store it anywhere without it taking up space. Definitely recommend it. Me and my family have been happy with it.

This jump starter works great! It has a convenient little LED light you can use while you jump-start your car. It can also be used as a battery pack for charging your phone or tablet. It has a USB C and USB A port. The only reason I gave it four stars is because when you plug it in to charge it there is no indicator light to tell you if it is charging or if it is done. The only way to know this is the press the button to see how many of the three bars of the battery status are lit up. The annoyance with this is this button will also turn on the light and, more importantly, you have to wait until the unit charges enough for another battery status bar lights up to confirm that it is indeed charging. Having a little carrying case with it would have been very convenient too, but alas I will make do without it. All that being said, it is a great charger and functions perfectly!

Much Easier Than Jumper Cables - You don't have to worry about getting another vehicle close enough to hook up jumper cables. You don't have to worry about digging in the trunk for your jumper cables. This is compact and stores easily and when needed, the smaller clamps are easier to put onto little battery bolts than jumper cables are.
