Works perfect don't break like plastic
The original plastic one broke, had two plastic one's break in less than 3 months. This one holds our showerhead tight and in place and I don't believe it will break any time soon if ever. We have had it in for a while now and no leaks and it holds the shower head where you put it very well. Only thought is maybe we got lucky that the neck of our shower head fit properly into it. If you have large or small one it might be a different story, I don't know if they are standard size. Bottom line Very Happy with this.

lightweight
Works just fine, comes with some plumber's tape and a couple of washers. I was surprised how thin and perhaps brittle the plastic body is, I made sure not to over tighten when I installed it.

Easy to installed and worked as expected
The product arrived on time. the product is plastic but it is very tough. dropped it to the floor before during installation and it did not break. easy to installed with the provided plumbing tape. it held my shower head and had it at a great height and angle.

Solid but not a good fit for the showerhead
Nice and solid but the socket for the shower wand is too small in diameter. Shower head barely fits in. That's why only 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 5.

Check size of shower head
Good product has lasted longer then expected. No leaks. Great value for the money. Only issue i had was my current shower head doesn't sit all the way down in the holder like it should. Haven't had any issues with it otherwise. Looks like chrome even after using it may times and cleaning it over and over.
