Needed a simple 4G mobile for a friend. Looked at a few, but either not 4G or to complicated, did not require all the apps. Came across this Nokia model tried it out myself very impressed. Clam shaped phone so screen is protected when not used. As Clam shaped small and easy to store. Easy to read screen, big buttons, just open it up to answer the call. Easy to hold operate. To charge has the Miro-UBS socket, minus point, should be the universal C socket. As an extra from Nokia a mains charger is availble, to store the phone in. Like a landline phone so it charges at the same time. Battery comes separate from the phone in the box to fit in the phone. Easy to do. Battery lasts a long time. You can buy extra ones from Nokia for about £16.00. Some one complained the camera was no good. For the price and market it's for your not going to have a quality camera. Another review mentioned the rocker switch on the camera case too easy to press by mistake. I agree. Sort that out and a C socket for charging and you have a good cheap mobile.

I bought 2 of these for my twin daughters who went to secondary school for the first time. We were committed to not giving them smartphones just yet. These phones are ideal for keeping in contact with them but be aware of their limitations. They are unlocked and accept multiple SIMs. The battery lasts for days. We bought SIMs with no data and plenty of free calls and texts. We also bought roaming so that they can stay in contact during holidays in Europe. The camera is pretty rubbish and they internal memory is terrible. You need to add an SD card to prevent the phone from running out of memory. Is this a great phone? No it's not. it is perfect for what we wanted? Yes it is. Oh, and it has an updated version of the old Nokia snake game ;-) Last point, if you are really interested in your younger kids being Smartphone Free then speak to you local group or get in touch via the school. You can always search the web for smartphonefreechildhood to see what's happening with local authorities and government regulations on social media.

Bought this Nokia as a dumb phone for myself as I was getting bored and started hating smartphones. It does the job has all the apps you need like WhatsApp, Google and Facebook. However, the design of the phone was not for me. The phone is extremely light, plasticky, and overall feels cheaply made. The buttons are large, and the screen size is adequate. Despite its flaws, the phone's battery life is impressive, lasting for a few days on a single charge. Additionally, the call quality is excellent, with clear and crisp soundand being a 4G phone. The phone also has a low pixel camera that takes decent photos in well-lit environments. Overall, while the design may not be appealing to some, this Nokia phone offers reliable performance and essential features.

I'm 32 yo, and setting up this phone was one the hardest things I've ever had to do. It's a dumb phone, it's meant to be easy to use. Will update this once the SIM gets to work. It has been an hour, still nothing. Phone doesn't work in the UK. Absurd. Returned.

I purchased this device in an attempt at a 'digital detox' under the impression that this phone had the ability to carry WhatsApp - it does not actually. Don't believe google when it tells you it does! It only has the standard features of your everyday 'dumbphone' that are available at much lower price points.It is also made out of cheap plastic (I thought Nokia had a reputation for durability??), so I would NOT want to drop it. The camera quality is rubbish - but has that 90s vintage feel and the max SD card storage is 32GBs. DON'T EVEN TRY to go on the 'internet' or Facebook - half the time it says "please try again" and other half is spent trying to get out of the application as fast as possible.On the other hand, the built in radio works very well, so no complaints there! I also love the dark green colour, as the whole has a very aesthetically pleasing design.If I were to buy again, I'd buy the cheaper dumbphone alternatives because I don't think I'm gaining 3x the utility with the Nokia 2660 when compared to the 20 pound ones. Small compact and just what was needed no iPhone frills but the instructions are hopeless, had to go on line
