Pure Garbage.
I purchased and have only pulled about 30 ft of this box and ran it under my roof (in the shadows) about 6 months ago. I just went to pull some more today and noticed that as I was pulling it, the outer jacked, advertised as "Durable Non-Recycled weather &UV resistant outdoor jacket to prevent cracking", was coming out of the box all cracked. I went to look at the 30 foot section that I hung before and it has cracks the whole length and the jacket has broken away about ever couple inches. I have run regular Cat5 in direct sunlight and it will last for a couple years. This was advertised as being outdoor uv resistant to prevent cracks. It isn't even lasting inside the fox. Pure garbage.

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP
This wire is absolutely crap. They say it is rated for outdoor and uv rated. IT IS NOT.Installed in March of last year and already had to change over 2000 feet of wire,due to the wire insulation has already broke down and was cracked and split at 1inch interval lengths. Yes it was installed outdoors, but it was installed under overhangs and porches for security cameras. Even if it was in direct sunlight, this is still unacceptable.

Cable cracked outside
Less than 18 months after installation, the cable sheathing cracked in several places. The cracks go all the way around the cable, and the internal cables are exposed. One cable has cracks every two feet. For the most part, the cables have been exposed to sun and cold, but not rain or snow.

Do not buy this wire. The cable is not outdoor rated and should not be installed in an outdoor environment. The cable is very difficult to terminate using any type of end. Stick with name brands and truly outdoor rated cable.

Terrible cable
I installed this cable for multiple outdoor cable runs and it didn't even last 6 months. The cable crumbled into hundreds of pieces, water entered the cable, damaging hundreds of dollars worth of equipment.

Good price,excellent quality.I installed about 450feet of outside of building. It works excellent.Spools out perfectly. I'm going to buy again!
