The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant to purchase this just because in the pictures it is hard to tell how durable it is, but I’m so glad I went ahead and bought it! First it arrived super fast, second, it literally only took me 10 minutes to install and third I’ve had it for over 2 months now and my cat loves it! I have a crazy 6 month old kitten too who jumps up and down on it, the suction on the cups is very durable and they don’t budge! Also the wire is very durable as well. Overall just a very well made product for the price! My cat loves to play on it as well as lay down and relax to watch the birds outside. 5/5 would recommend!

I bought one of these and after the 2nd day the cats were "arguing"as to who would get to lounge in the sun first! Although these perches will hold more than one cat, your cat has to be willing to share the perch with others, so I wound up buying another one; now everyone is happy and no waiting in line! These were very simple to put together and made very sturdy and durable. Initially I had trouble with some of the suction cups popping off the window. I contacted Raytops, who immediately replied. They let me know the basic tricks and also sent out their NO TRACE transparent double sided stickers; and now I feel the cats are safe and secure in their perches. I have tried other window perches, but this is by far the BEST one we have tried! Raytops great & fast customer support has made the cats and family very happy!

I have an 8lbs male sphynx cat. If he could talk he would say this product was life changing for him. When I tell you this cat sleeps in this bed day and night I’m not exaggerating. He has 3 cat beds and I might as well throw them out. The only time he jumps off is to eat and use the litter box. I am beyond happy that he’s so obsessed with it. My only issue which is very minor is that every 6 months or so it starts to break. I’ve put the rods back in and kept it for as long as I could, but with the constant jumping up and down it’s inevitable for it to break. But I don’t mind because the product isn’t overpriced and it’s well made. I will rebuy this product every time I need to that is how obsessed my cat is with it. I honestly think he would become depressed if I got rid of it. The cat literally still uses it when it would start to break. Like the rods would bend into a V shape and he will still be sleeping I. It. Then I get home and push the rods back together and it’s as good as new. Thank you guys for making an amazing product

I got this over a year ago. My cat was 18 lbs when I got him (he’s part Maine Coon), but he eventually dropped to 14 lbs, now back up to 16.5. Anyway, regardless of whatever his weight was at any point the bottom cups would separate from the window. I would clean, use rubbing alcohol to clean the window and the cup and I would reapply pressure for about 60 seconds, pushing with all my might. But they would come undone. Then I discovered the adhesive strips and I used those, but it doesn’t matter. The cups still slip. It holds SLIGHTLY better. DO NOT BUY. I’m going to donate this to charity and look for a different kind of window hammock, one without suction cups.

I am enjoying this cat hammock so far-- can't say the same for my cat! It was really easy to put together-- the instructions come in the box, and it took me maybe 10 minutes. The top left suction cup has fallen off twice since I put it up, but I just re-cleaned it and stuck it back on and I haven't had a problem yet in the last few days. I thought this would be perfect for my kitty since he likes to look outside, but my windowsills are too small for him to sit on. But, he hasn't taken to it too much. I've put him up there a few times (and bribed him with treats) to get him used to it. The material itself isn't the softest, so I put a blanket over to make it more comfortable. Sometimes he's content up there, but sometimes he hops down. Also, depending on how high your windows are, it might be a bit of a jump for your cat if they're coming straight from the floor and not jumping from a couch or another perch. BUT, cats can jump incredibly high, so it should be no problem.Hopefully my kitty will get some more use out of it, because I'm pleased with the product itself! I think it's a great idea and a nice little perch for my cat for when he wants to use it and stare outside. The only things I really dislike are that it's not super soft (hence the blanket), and I also can't really close my shades with this on my window, which I think is the biggest drawback. I have curtains I can pull closed around it, but in terms of my shade that drops down the window, I can't close it. So, I would definitely suggest not putting this in an area where you need a lot of privacy, or put it on a window where you can also close a curtain or drape around the hammock if you need to close the window. It's a little tough to grab the suction cups off the window, so I'd rather just close something around it than take it down completely every time I want to close the shades.

The suction cups don't stay up. It's fallen several times. If you're going to use it, make sure it's in a position where the cats can walk onto it, not have to jump to it, because it will come down after so many jumps. Both of my cats are under 10lbs, but they never use it at the same time. I think there is space for both, but they just like their space. The netting and frame work as intended are are sturdy though. I've had this for years, and the suction cups have needed cleaning several times after every fall.
