I ordered this due to some extreme edema. I hear it's very healthy for kidneys. It doesn't taste good so I'm not drinking it. I mean to try adding a cup to a smoothie but haven't bothered.

It is no good
It tastes chemical to me. It tastes flat… i guess i got what i paid for :( so sadEdit: the taste grew on me, and this IS the cheaper brand but it does help with weightloss as it satisfies my stomach when hungry so this is an acquired taste maybe doesnt feel super fresh but reminds me of the popped rice in genmaicha
